Yoga Studios and Retreats in Lee and CatfordYoga House YOGA HOUSE studios are
designed with an urban feel, natural cork flooring, big windows flooding lots of
light in and filled with plenty of plants helping to keep the air pure and
fresh. We offer warm and room temperature classes + hot yoga (in Catford) with
wonderful teachers that bring their own unique style and energy into each class.
Our studios are fully equipped, from mats to bolsters, eye pillows to blankets
including free changing rooms, lockers and toilets (Catford has showers with its
hot room). We also offer free herbal tea and filtered water in our cosy
reception space to unwind, restore and relax.
