As she shares a beautiful Charity Yoga Retreat Day for past, present and future students to gather and enjoy together.

Sunday 13th July at Barnwell Village Hall, Near Oundle, PE8 5QD 

Option of booking the Full Day ticket + shared lunch 11am - 4.30pm
OR
Morning Hatha Yoga ticket + shared lunch 11am - 2.00pm
OR 
Shared lunch + Afternoon Nidra, Mantra, Heart Meditation and Aarthi 1pm - 4.30pm

A shared lunch is an invitation for everyone to bring a veggie dish for sharing ~ a wonderful community way of coming together and sharing food. 
Teas and Cakes will be provided ~ lunch will be for you all to bring something to share.

What to bring: 
Yoga Mat, Blankets, Bolster/pillow, Cushion, Eye Pillow
Bottle of Water
Shared Lunch ~ Veggie dish for sharing together
Any additonal charity items you might like to gift (please see below)

The Charity that Harshani has chosen to support is the Daylight Centre in Wellingborough.
They are our local Homeless support, Foodbank & Veggie Box Gardening  

The Daylight Centre Fellowship was established in 1994, registered in 2003 and ever since they have supported disadvantaged and vulnerable adults particularly rough sleepers, vulnerably housed, those in poverty and those who are socially isolated.

As such, they are at the very forefront of social action within Wellingborough and the surrounding areas.

We are so grateful that you have considered us to be a charity that you will be supporting at your charity yoga day in July, we are always in need of the following items:

Sleeping bags
Hats
Gloves
Scarfs
Toiletries
Food produce such as pot noodles, canned produce, jelly, crackers, crisps
Warm clothing such as coats, jumpers, trousers, socks etc

Harshani will welcome you bringing along any additional items as mentioned above ~ which she will deliver to the charity after the event on your behalf.
