I BEGAN MY JOURNEY TO YOGA IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY 25 YEARS AGO AND LIKE SO MANY
OTHERS I EVENTUALLY FOUND MYSELF ON A YOGA MAT. I continued to explored my yoga
practice with Iyengar, Bikram and Vinyasa yoga. Eventually I committed to my
body, mind and practice which lead me to completing my Bikram Yoga Teacher
training and a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training with an "Outstanding"
grade from the renowned teacher Claire Missingham followed by an Advanced 300
hour teacher training with Jason Crandell. My knowledge expanded with my Yin
Yoga training with the amazing Sarah Powers and Post natal yoga with Nadia
Narain. In January 2018 I completed my Inferno Hot Pilates training with the
awesome Gabriella Walters, Level 1,2 and 3. My Yoga For All training with Dianne
Bondy and Amber Karnes helped me to understand the greater need for classes to
be accessible for everyone no matter what the shape or size of our bodies. Yoga
is for everyone. I believe that yoga should be accessible for all abilities and
all bodies, to help students feel comfortable in their own bodies, with their
own practice through alignment, flexibility and strength in a playful and
inclusive environment.
