During 14 years of sustained teaching, I have worked with the structural, functional, fitness and rehabilitation elements of exercise instruction with individual clients and in groups. I’m looking forward to working with you! ABOUT SPACE4MOVEMENT The movement philosophy is based on addressing the postural and muscular imbalances, increasing awareness of ineffective movement patterns and applying the exercise to improve the body’s balance, stability, agility and stamina. This leads to an overall improved body sense, movement confidence and integration which enhances a sense of wellbeing. Spiral Stabilization works on similar principles, releasing tension in vertical muscle chains by strengthening the spiral chains, hence the name. It is an alternative therapy technique developed for treatment of spinal pathologies - scoliosis and herniated disks. It has a positive effect on a number of other ailments as well as a great compliment to any other training or recreational sport. The exercise is suitable for everyone. It works best as 10- 30min home work out or a stretch during a sedentary job. movement qualifications Pole Star Pilates Certification Spiral Stabilization Therapy 200h Vyniasa Yoga Teacher Training Pre-Natal Yoga Certificate other qualifications BA (Hons) Dance Certificate of Higher Education in Contemporary Dance MA Movement: Teaching and Directing

The ReWild by Dani Hiro

the rewild by dani hiro

Dani was born and raised in the metropolitan city of São Paulo, Brazil where she resided for 18 years. In this bustling city, she explored dance, acting, bodyworks, music, and spirituality from a young age with the encouragement of her parents who are also deeply connected to spirituality and the arts. Being from a mixed-race of Asian and European backgrounds Dani always felt she was neither Japanese enough to belong in the Asian communities in her own country and was always regarded as 'the Japanese girl' in the 'non-Asian' groups in school. This outcast dilemma led her to dive deeper into Yoga and individuality where she learned to accept herself and also follow her own calling to explore the world. At 18 she moved to Dublin which became her home base from travels around the globe and the city where she first established herself as a Yoga teacher and Spiritual facilitator. Over the years Dani explored the world to learn the many different ways we can connect to each other and the Spirit. She believes that in order to find freedom and flow in life we must ReWild ourselves to our original state by connecting to the Spirit - our source of Wildness and Inner Knowing. By caring for our bodies, minds, and spirit with the support of a safe, diverse and sacred community we can not only ReWild our inner worlds into a healthier state but also ReWild the world we live into its natural state of flow and interconnection with all its living beings. Dani can be found deep into books, foraging in the wild, skinny dipping, pilgrimaging across the Earth, sharing music, and making people laugh at her silliness. She hopes The ReWild to be a welcoming, diverse and sacred community where together we can help each other to find freedom in our own nature.

Hi! I’m Helen. Yoga teacher, plant power nutrition enthusiast and anatomy nerd. I’m a lover of life and travel, trail running and surfing, plant-based food and sunshine. I believe in living life to the fullest, by doing what I can to feel optimal every day. My passion is sharing all that I’ve learned through yoga, meditation, nutrition and coaching, with others to feel their best too. I want to help you to be the best version of yourself: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, each and every day, because I know that yoga works profoundly on all these levels in making positive changes and improving lives. Take a class with me. My first experience of yoga was with Katy Appleton’s, Geri Halliwell DVD at age 15, that my mum gave me! Being a competitive swimmer at the time and completely focussed on my sport, I wasn’t impressed – I found it slow and boring. It wasn’t enough of a work out and I didn’t see the point (sorry Katy, I think you’re amazing now!). Oh, young Helen, how little you understood! Although I didn’t ‘get’ it at the time, I firmly believe that this was still a poignant introduction to yoga, something that would change my life in just a few years to come – thanks mum! Fast forward a few years, when I was 23 and teaching english as a foreign language in Japan. I started Karate lessons with one of my students and realised just how incredibly inflexible I was. One of my other students was training to become a yoga teacher and my interest was sparked. I started practising in my 11th story apartment (overlooking Mt Fuji nonetheless) several times a week to a Bryan Kest DVD and I became hooked on his Power Yoga style. This was more like it. The same year, one of my flat mates gave me a copy of The Power of Now, by Eckhart Tolle, and for me this was a turning point in my way of thinking, literally. I realised that we can be in control of our minds and that our minds should not control us. As my practice developed and I met and trained with great teachers, what began as a purely physical practice, evolved into something so much more. Yoga is a practice of the mind, body and spirit but we all have our own entry points. For most of us in the West, it is the physicality that attracts us. For some it is the desire for relaxation. But sooner or later, we find we’re gaining so much more than what we originally signed up for. It is this whole body and mind approach and the transformative effects that yoga has, that I want to share with you. Whether you’re new to yoga and curious, or more experienced in your practice and what to delve deeper, join me for a class, private session online or in person, or training.
