The business idea was conceived around the same time as her third child Gracie, and out of a desire to support parents on their pregnancy and parenting journey. We are a non-profit community interest company (CIC) that focuses on real-life training and employability skills for use in the current industry. The Academy’s aim is to build skills and confidence in our learners through team building exercises and group projects. Accredited courses in media, music production, and employability will be offered soon (subject to funding). There are also evening classes available which include podcasting, streaming, music recording /production, video production, creative writing, fashion, photography, modelling and artistic projects that benefit our community. The Academy also offers internships and volunteer roles on campus as well.
