Broomfields Youth Project (BYP) is a multi award-winning voluntary Christian youth work partnership that seeks to be a signpost and support for young people. Being part of the local community, and working in partnership with multiple agencies, BYP look to support ANY 13-17 year olds in our local community to support and signpost young people who want help with emotional and mental health needs. BYP's aim is to welcome, value and reflect the love we have been shown to the young people who come to us. We want all young people to feel like they belong and have a purpose. The 'Shack' youth centre was built to allow BYP to develop beyond our original Friday night intervention work, by creating a space where deeper relationships can encourage change. We now focus much of our resource around supporting and leading Bridgewater High with their work in the areas of mental and emotional wellbeing. Since BYP's inception in Nov 2009 the local Police stats have shown a consistent reductions in anti-social behaviour in the area. ACE provides an education for students who live in Liverpool (Liverpool council tax band) and cannot attend their own school for medical reasons. We have an impressive success rate of engaging children with their education whom otherwise would be missing out. In addition the staff at ACE support children with their anxieties and encourage social interaction with peers. The ACE Team aim to provide a valuable service during the time a child is unable to attend school and provide support in the child's transition back into full-time school. Letter to Parents / Carers outlining remote learning provision at ACE Mind Healthy at Home - This booklet has been put together by Liverpool Mental Health Support Teams, and city partners as part of Liverpool’s Whole School Approach to Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing. Advanced Solutions online support - Online learning programme for parents, carers and supporters who wish to gain knowledge and skills about their child's neurodevelopmental condition, with strategies to support the difficulties that may present around: autism, ADHD and sensory processing disorder. Our name reflects our commitment to developing young people who are a positive force in their community, and bringing people together who represent Bolton in all its diversity. We started out delivering weekly football sessions, and our work has expanded to include a range of sports and arts programmes, knife crime prevention workshops and mentoring activity.
