Our purpose is to create connections to change lives to reduce social isolation
and loneliness in our city and beyond. It’s vital to us that we equip our staff
with everything they need to thrive at Together Co to help us achieve our goal.
This includes access to flexible working, mentoring, training, staff socials and
free yoga. We are committed to ensuring that our staff, trustees and volunteer
teams are representative of our community, with a workplace that is inclusive
and accessible to all. We know we still have a way to go to achieve our goals.
