High educational achievement and a positive attitude to learning are keys to lifetime success. At Cressex Community School we firmly believe that high achievement for each student is our shared responsibility. As a team of staff, we aim to ensure that everyone in the school is able to achieve to her or his full potential and, we hope, to discover new skills and talents too. We want our learners to be happy, confident and to have high aspirations for themselves. We believe in strong home-school links to ensure the right support is available in school and at home.
“OK” Our Kids mission is to help our young children deal confidently with the challenges and dangers of staying safe at home, school and in the community: to empower them with the skills they need to face everyday situations knowing what is the right thing to do and leading by their example. Our aim is to get a “Watch Out” book to every primary school child and a “Mistakes and Ladders” board game to every class in every primary school.
Our services have not stopped since the social distancing measures were implemented in Mar 2020. We have continued to provide much needed support over the telephone and through our zoom classes in addition to face to face classes from April 2021. We are happy to say that we were fully open for all of our face to face classes from 13/9/2021 Please have a look at our Spring 2023 Flyer for our classes.
