The objectives of the Association are to improve the management of clubs through education, peer networking and assistance and support of club officers. The Association was formed in 2016 by the members of two managers organisations coming together with these shared objectives. The Scottish Golf and Club Managers Association is committed to providing the necessary support for all Club Managers throughout Scotland through first class education, and networking opportunities. Welcome to the Scottish Multiprofessional Maternity Development Programme We offer training solutions for individuals and health-boards, providing excellent clinical skills training to bridge the theory into practice gap. The Scottish Multiprofessional Development Programme (SMMDP) is a Scottish Government subsidised training programme providing clinical skills based courses and other resources to the maternity profession in Scotland. The SMMDP was formed in 2003 to fill the educational gaps identified by the Expert Group for Maternity Services (EGAMS). Since then it has developed courses and responded to identified needs of the service and the requirement for such a programme was re-emphasised in the Refreshed Framework for Maternity Services 2011 and more recently in the Best Start review 2017. Due to our unique funding the courses are delivered at a cost that is affordable to all, this does not diminish the quality, value or the transferability of the courses. Governance of the programme is through NHS Education for Scotland, where the programme is based.

Ruth Mullan I am a stained glass artist working in Sussex. Having graduated from Eastbourne College of Art and Design with a Society of Industrial Artists and Designers (S.I.A.D.) Diploma in Graphic Design. I worked as freelance designer after which I undertook training in stained glass design under the professional guidance of experienced glass maker Keith Nickels. Transferring my skills to stained glass I readily enjoy the challenge of designing and being able to visually interpret a client's brief; by concentrating on the use of colour, light and texture of the glass to enhance the design. I work mainly in leaded glass on commission based installations for windows and doors and hanging pieces. I also work with copper foil usually on smaller projects. I enjoy working with fused glass and the unpredictability of the result unlike the constraints of leaded work.

Formed in 1947 by a few well-known teachers and dancers of that decade, it has now developed into a strong body of technically-minded Dancers, Teachers, Associate Teachers, Adjudicators, Examiners, Lecturers and Dance Schools.
