I enjoy social media, impactful events along with creating memorable days. I love IT and became a Project Director and have worked on projects to help the community, locally and internationally. I am a cancer and lupus survivor and manage a condition called EDS, that I raise awareness for. I became an author to help people with chronic conditions survive and thrive.

I help adults with ADHD, Autism/ASD, Dyslexia, and other neurodivergent conditions to uncover their strengths and thrive at work. My programs are a blend of topic-based teaching and open-ended coaching for you to explore the issues and opportunities which are most important to you. This unique approach means that you feel a sense of progress as you learn new skills and strategies each session, building up a valuable toolbox that you can then apply throughout your life. At the end of each session, I will send you a workbook that will contain notes or exercises to help you apply the content. My topic-based approach ensures there is always something to talk about. I know how uncomfortable it can be when you go to an appointment and are asked 'what do you want to talk about today'. Too often your mind immediately goes blank. Once we're talking, my experience tells me that you will remember the topics you need to talk about. I can then follow your direction.

Because we believe that every child has the right to learn how to thrive online, we have created an experiential learning environment for pupils to learn about their relationship with screens. Embracing the benefits of the internet. We make children aware of the risks of being online, but we also want them to see the internet as a place to find knowledge, fun and friendships. Learning through play. We create the opportunity for valuable teaching moments through structured play, which we know engages pupils more than the traditional ‘chalk and talk’ approach. Going above and beyond the curriculum. With Natterhub’s resources, teachers can not only deliver against the demands of the online safety curriculum, but create truly impactful digital citizenship lessons through which we can demonstrate tangible progress. A sandbox environment The walled garden Natterhub environment gives children the skills they need to safely step into the online world on their own device. And we have all the information that parents need to be digitally savvy. So much more than online safety. Natterhub teaches children to approach the internet with kindness, empathy, resilience and critical thinking - skills that will last them a lifetime. Following on from extensive school based research, Natterhub was built and designed to create the most impact for pupils to develop critical thinking skills associated with being online. With metacognition at the heart of the project, we have continued to reflect and adapt our product in order for it to provide schools with the highest quality digital literacy education. We’ve been supported by TwinklHive, and are closely aligned with safeguarding organisations like the NSPCC and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).

Our mission is simple: use the very best ideas, people and practices to become a national leader in bringing opportunities for young people. Or, as we like to call it, Good Growth. We celebrate diversity in every sense, from neurodiversity to gender to race and stand to give everyone the tools they need to pursue their passions. Good Growth drives the work we do and is the value we share with all of the businesses we collaborate with. Our vision is to see east London’s young people thrive and businesses grow thanks to the work that we do together.  Situated right in the heart of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the space is part of the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC)’s plan to make sure businesses are tapping into local talent. The LLDC teamed up with A New Direction who run the Hub and bring this initiative to life for both young people and employers.  Young people can take advantage of the paid opportunities we publicise, the support we give for freelancers and start-ups, and industry connections we help foster through mentoring and networking, as well as sector specific careers advice and coaching. At the Good Growth Hub, all internship opportunities pay at least the London Living Wage of £11.95 per hour – but we strive for higher.  For businesses, the Good Growth Hub is an excellent resource to establish good working standards and to become more inclusive. Employers are able to both nurture and draw from a talent pipeline that’s eager to show what they can do. We’re always on the lookout for like-minded businesses to partner with us as mentors, speakers and advisors.  So, whether you’re a business, a young person or just someone who shares our passion for Good Growth, we’d love to have you involved.
