We have a team of highly professional operatives working throughout the UK. We thrive on finding solutions to difficult (some may say near on impossible) access projects utilising a wide range of techniques including Rope Access, Mobile Elevated Work Platforms, Scaffolding and PASMA Towers. Health and Safety is our number one priority and we work with you to complete your project. Our business is formed of three divisions, Specialist Access, Rescue Provision and Rescue Equipment. We have built our reputation on being dedicated to providing a cost effective, first class quality service. Access Teams Our multi-disciplined workforce are highly skilled for the project being undertaken. Unlike most companies, Access and Rescue Solutions utilise a range of access methods rather than the traditional, expensive scaffolding. Our rope technicians use rope access methods (IRATA) to safely reach areas requiring attention. Our teams are supervised by an IRATA Level 3 technician. The use of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) by trained operatives (IPAF) or PASMA Towers are selected according to the scope of works to be completed. Rescue Provision We can provide a dedicated technical rescue service for your piece of mind. From job planning to completion, you can be guaranteed an excellent service. Our professional rescue teams comprise of frontline emergency service personnel and rescue specialists. “I’ve always held the belief that we are all creative beings, and that given the right conditions, everyone is able to explore their strengths and reach their full potential.” Inspired at a young age to pursue creative disciplines, Tina began her career as a design and fine arts teacher and tutor. Working in further education colleges in impoverished and crime-riddled neighborhoods in the UK, she quickly encountered the challenges inherent in supporting students that had complex needs. These were young people struggling with violence and trauma, drug and alcohol addiction, low self-esteem and, in some cases, undiagnosed neurodiversity. They struggled to learn in the same way as other students did and were often marginalized by an academic system that measures success solely through targets and standardized tests. Tina quickly realized that no matter the resources or skills of staff available, when individuals are not emotionally and psychologically stable, they simply cannot excel. Driven by a deep compassion and a struggle she could understand, having grown up with violence and unrecognized neurodiversity in her own family, Tina sought ways to create an environment where young people could thrive and flourish, access their strengths and develop confidence. “I’ve always believed that every individual has their own unique strengths and in the right environment every person can get to know what those strengths are.” Training in counselling for drug addiction and Neuro-Linguistic Programming provided a foundation for a more holistic approach. She saw the success that her students experienced when they felt supported in a safe haven; a stress-free space of true presence and non-judgment where they could explore themselves freely through their creative process and develop confidence.

It was born from the idea that Yoga is for everyone and that anyone can come and enjoy the space whether they are pros or beginners, and feel comfortable. Seva Community CIC is our Not for Profit business, which focuses on inclusive, accessible and low cost or free sessions for people in our local and wider community. Whether you are looking for a relaxing meditations, active flow Yoga classes or anything in between, the one thing that everyone has in common in our space is a sense of community. We are all embarking on this journey together which is far better than going at it alone, neuroscience proves that we are wired to connect and at Calm Collective we have created a community driven space where we can come together, be together, thrive together. Our Story Calm Collective is a family run studio, founded by Mother & Daughter duo, Tracy & Lua. “We created Calm Collective to share the gifts that Yoga gave us during difficult periods in our life. We lived as a single parent household and were faced with many of the challenges that life threw our way, including loss, anxiety & depression. After Tracy stepped away from working full time in the city, and Lua left university, we opened the studio to give back what we received from our Yoga practice. Through hard work, and the support of our community, we are now able to provide wonderful classes, therapies and so much more in our Sidcup studio and out in the local area. We hope to share the joy and healing of Yoga with you too.”

We celebrate diversity in every sense, from neurodiversity to gender to race and stand to give everyone the tools they need to pursue their passions. Good Growth drives the work we do and is the value we share with all of the businesses we collaborate with. Our vision is to see east London’s young people thrive and businesses grow thanks to the work that we do together.  Situated right in the heart of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the space is part of the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC)’s plan to make sure businesses are tapping into local talent. The LLDC teamed up with A New Direction who run the Hub and bring this initiative to life for both young people and employers.  Young people can take advantage of the paid opportunities we publicise, the support we give for freelancers and start-ups, and industry connections we help foster through mentoring and networking, as well as sector specific careers advice and coaching. At the Good Growth Hub, all internship opportunities pay at least the London Living Wage of £11.95 per hour – but we strive for higher.  For businesses, the Good Growth Hub is an excellent resource to establish good working standards and to become more inclusive. Employers are able to both nurture and draw from a talent pipeline that’s eager to show what they can do. We’re always on the lookout for like-minded businesses to partner with us as mentors, speakers and advisors.  So, whether you’re a business, a young person or just someone who shares our passion for Good Growth, we’d love to have you involved.
