I am also a certified NLP practitioner and British Psychological Society (Level B) psychometric testing assessor. I am an annually re-accredited coach supervisor with CSAcademy and member of the Association for Coaching and adhere to its professional standards and ethics.

I am a former professional badminton player and a personal/career coach and speaker. I have spent over 15 years exploring, trying and testing many personal development principles whilst on the world stage of elite sport to help me create and instil high quality habits and thought patterns. This helped me to deal with the pressure of high level performance, to dare to dream bigger and to set and reach high quality goals. I was not a ‘natural’ at my sport but coaching took me to the top 20 in the world. You may think sports coaching is different but its all about personal transformation on the inside and out. I competed in the very demanding discipline of women's singles before finishing my sports career at the age of 35. Other highlights of my career were becoming Englands number 1 ladies singles player, 5x National Champion and achieving commonwealth and European medals. I am a driven, optimistic and highly motivated person. I strive for excellence and aim to always push my boundaries and reach beyond my comfort zone. I can be serious and I can be fun loving. My current hobbies are yoga and salsa dancing. Whilst being immersed in the 'masculine' world of high performance I like to maintain the femininity in me too. Meadows is committed to make clothes which are made in a safe, ethical environment where working conditions are fair. We pride ourselves in sustainable practices and ethical manufacturing. We embody innovative cuts, bold colours and fine fabrics which are produced ethically and encourage slow, sustainable fashion. We have boutique-sized factories in China which are meticulously and consistently monitored by our supplier agents. Our factories have signed on to our internal ethical and safety compliance documents which we manage, inspect and enforce internally. We conduct frequent audits and have a supportive relationship with our manufacturers. These audits cover areas such as worker safety, gender equality and payment of a living wage. Animal Welllness Center is a well-established, full-service, small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical and dental care. Additionally, we offer boarding and grooming services to our clients. We are one of a few veterinary clinics, serving Royal Palm Beach and Wellington, FL that are independantly owned and operated. We provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local specialty referral practices when special diagnostic procedures are required.  When I experienced kinesiology for digestive issues, it literally changed my life for the better. My digestive discomfort disappeared, I had more energy and felt the recommendations given for dietary choices improved my health and wellbeing. From that moment, I was determined to learn and train as a Kinesiologist to support friends, family and clients with health conditions. Having practised kinesiology for over 10 years, I have supported clients with varying health problems including digestive, fertility, hormonal, stress, structural/joint issues, skin conditions as well as clients in pain. I love seeing the progress of individuals who have felt the benefit of the session. I give guidance and support for lifestyle and nutritional changes so clients can make informed decisions on improving their health and wellbeing. I am also passionate about delivering both the Foundation and Diploma courses in kinesiology. I provide personalised courses to suit all levels of expertise and tailor the course to suit your individual needs and requirements. Whether it's learning the foundation course to add muscle response testing and techniques to current qualification or for supporting family and friends, foundation Kinesiology is a great starting point for balanced health.
