I am a professional sound recordist and musician with a special interest in
underwater recording. I have worked alongside the likes of the BBC,
SageGateshead, British Ecological Society, BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art,
Great North Museum, and the Wildlife Trusts.
My creative outputs have found their way into international exhibitions,
independent films, artist residencies, and used as bioacoustic documentaton. In
addition to self-employment, I work part-time as a Music Technician at Newcastle
University. I was shortlisted by the Times Higher Education awards as
'Outstanding Technician of the Year 2020'.
I live in Durham with my partner and son, who won 'Best Listener

the Year Awards 2020.
