Voss Folkehøgskule is idyllically and centrally located in the village of Voss, mirrored in Vangsvatnet and surrounded by majestic mountains. With walking distance to everything you need, Voss is a perfect place for an active and creative folk college! The school has a proud tradition going all the way back to 1895, and has a unique building mass which has gradually grown larger over time. However, we are constantly refurbishing and upgrading, and have attractive and up-to-date teaching rooms. Three large sound studios, own cinema room, large fireplace stove with pool and table tennis table, TV stove, new large strength training department, gymnasium with bouldering wall and own ski preparation room - to name a few. In addition, we use the facilities and offers locally , such as the cultural center, the brand new Vossabadet with three pools and a plunge pool, sports facilities, skiing facilities and Norway's only wind tunnel. All students get to try the wind tunnel during the year - regardless of line!

Daniel is an experienced guitarist with a wide range of abilities in various music styles. He graduated with a BA (Hons) in Music from Colchester Institute in 2009 where he was taught by some of the UK’s finest musicians including Charles Hedger, guitarist from Cradle of Filth. Daniel specialises in Rock and Pop styles but is comfortable teaching students of all ages, abilities and stylistic preferences. He is also an active gigging musician and can be seen playing in South Wales leading, in-demand soul covers band “Maddie and the Pandas”. Daniel works in an organisational role in the band as well as guitarist, dealing with clients and venue owners to meet their requirements. In addition to this Daniel backs various singer songwriters on the Cardiff music scene, most notably Maddie Jones and Owain Whately. Dan has performed at venues such as Wales Millennium Centre, all major venues around Cardiff and performed live on Radio Wales on a number of occasions.

My name’s Marion Webber and I’ve been working in the field of Arts in Health and more general participatory arts for over a decade. Studies* have proven the benefits of taking part in creative activities that support our daily lives. I founded Arting Celfio during 2020, to enable Healthcare professionals and artists specialising within Arts and Health to collaborate and provide high-quality, tailor-made, person-centered arts projects. I am a practicing artist based in South Wales, with extensive experience in Participatory Arts Practice. This has given me the privilege to work with diverse participants on many commissions resulting in the installation of artworks in both temporary and permanent exhibitions. My art practice and knowledge inform how I collaborate and co-curate projects with Healthcare professionals and fellow artists within the field of Arts in Health. I have an MA (with Distinction - Arts Practice Arts, Health and Wellbeing) and gained a PGCE PcET Teaching Qualification (Post-16 and Adult Education sectors). I deliver creative workshops, informed by reflective practice and a commitment to continued professional development that connects, and provides meaningful activities that value people’s input and stories.
