We work alongside survivors to create change, raising awareness of the causes and consequences of violence against women and girls. Breaking barriers, building bridges Wales Restorative Approaches Partnership (WRAP) is an innovative co-operative social enterprise and a not for profit community interest company. We bring together staff and agencies with decades of diverse restorative professional experience, offering sector leading and bespoke training, consultation, and expert practice throughout Wales and the UK. We support the building, maintaining and repairing of relationships across five core service areas: criminal justice, education, families, communities, and business. WRAP aims to empower service users and partner agencies to create their own restorative solutions to problems and harm. We deliver a wide range of sector specific restorative approaches, always in partnership. We believe that restorative approaches can transform challenges into lifelong learning, preventing and resolving conflict effectively. WRAP is committed to social justice as well as criminal justice; building social capital restoratively and sustainably; and developing positive communities with healthy relationships.
