With state of the art facilities and highly experienced coaching staff, members are trained in an enjoyable and safe environment to meet their maximum potential. Through structured instruction, our members show progress in many key developmental areas. Gymnastics will build physical fitness, flexibility, body awareness, co-ordination, confidence, and is also hugely challenging, creative and fun. If our car park is full we do have the overspill car park opposite the school (TGC sticker in window please). We pay for this facility out of school hours. There is also a car park to the rear of the gym but this is pay and display.

The Rose Arts London was always a childhood dream of mine and it was manifested through a pain in my life, with the loss of my Grandad; Charles Alexander Gardner. He, alongside my Mother and Nan, supported me with my dance and drama training, performance career and attended all classes, auditions and performances. When he passed away, it pushed me to embrace my artistry and passions. The Rose represents three things: A dedication to my Grandad; His favourite flower A name influence; My middle name Rosetta and my mother Rosemarie The flourish of each child who trains with us. As a seed they begin but as ‘The Rose’ they grow. Experience My training began at Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts and have been training in every discipline, since the age of 3 and teaching dance and drama since the age of 14. Ballet, Tap, Modern, Contemporary, Lyrical, Liturgical, Street Dance, Jazz, Commercial and Musical Theatre. Further to this, I attended college studied Performing Arts, obtaining distinctions in the art form, allowing me to receive an unconditional offer to University, where I obtained my degree in Dance Practice and Performance. I have had an extensive career in the arts, through stage, film and television and have received such amazing opportunities I am truly grateful for. About T.R.A.L. T.R.A.L. is a place for all Rose Students to discover, train, explore, create, challenge and motivate what they learn here and to ignite their passion, of why dance, drama, sport and song is such an amazing artistic outlet, which not only teaches creativity and utilises talent but also discipline. The role of the arts builds character and self-esteem and at The Rose Arts London, one of the assets that I hold as an important part, is the family friendly atmosphere.This delivers a guarantee from us, that our space is a positive and productive learning environment, where our students can grow, most importantly learn, and create in an energetic, confident building atmosphere. Students are able to discover more about themselves artistically, gain new friends and be proud to be a part of The Rose Arts. Myself and our teachers, who have work(ed) within the industry, aim to continually make The Rose Arts London a success, with the passion we hold and with which, our goal is to impart our experiences, knowledge and love of the arts to our students. Our team and history: A successful business, established in 1994 by Paul Meek a former Operations Director of an ambulance service. Have you been to Italy and loved the fresh pasta you ate there? Would you love to keep eating that yumminess at home, but can’t find the same quality and delicious taste anywhere else? Don’t worry: you are in the right place! Ciao! I’m Silvana, a 4th generation artisan pasta maker from Naples, currently living in London. My great grandad started a pastificio in Torre Annunziata (a town next to Pompeii) back in 1893. His daughter, my beloved nonna Rosa, took over in 1927. I came in the picture a several decades later: when I was a teensy weensy 5 year old, my nonna decided I was a bit of an handful, and put me to make pasta in order to save the house from destruction! As I grew up, I also helped in the pastificio, until it sadly closed in 1995. I started teaching how to make pasta quite a few years later, in 2013, because I was frustrated by the confusion and misinformation there is around pasta, pasta making, and Italian food in general. To this day, my biggest achievements are: appearing on BBC2 as a pasta expert, publishing recipe on The Local Italy, holding pasta making demonstrations in Harrods, and being included in a roundup of best workshops in Britain by the newspaper “i.”
