Amaven was founded by PK Vaish and Sam Greenwood in 2013 with the help and guidance from an advisory board made up of experts from the exercise science, sport coaching and healthcare profession. Amaven started out as a platform to identify talented athletes in sports academies and schools, however the product changed when Sam and PK discovered that there was an unmet need, as primary school teachers were not equipped to teach children about healthy lifestyle choices, nor were they skilled enough to help children to develop the fundamental movement skills necessary for athletic ability. Amaven was created to meet this need, by upskilling teachers to deliver outstanding PE lessons and giving children the tools to learn athletic skills at home. We now have one of the largest libraries of exercise training videos and wellness content for all age groups, abilities and settings. We have also developed a unique system to deploy white label apps for organisations and practitioners in education, sports and wellness sectors using our extensive library of content. Our main markets are schools, sports clubs, coaching companies, wellness providers and physiotherapists. Rob trained as an Actor at Arts Educational Schools, London. Since graduating Rob has had the privilege to work in many areas of the industry as a Singer, Actor, Director and Producer. As an actor Rob has worked on Sing For Your Supper, the European Premier of Steel Pier as Happy McGuire, The Good, The Bat & The Ugly: Gotham M.C.U as James Gordon, The Machine (MIF/Donmar Warehouse/New York Park Ave Armory), The Picture of Dorian Grey as Henry Wotton, Medea as Jason and many concerts… He also work extensively as a Voice Over Artist. Rob has over 12 years experience of teaching people to sing, working in the UK and Internationally. He has taught and continues to work as a guest tutor at some of the UK’s top Drama Schools including ArtsEd, Urdang, PPA and more. Based in Manchester Rob teaches from his home studio in Worsley and at C. Bechstein Piano Centre in Manchester; but regularly coaches in London with West End Clients. He is known for having a very high success rate of students gaining places at Drama Schools and Universities; as well as many clients going on to appear in Jersey Boys (West End), The Phantom of the Opera (West End/UK Tour), &Juliet (West End), Rent (Regional), Matilda (West End), Godspell (Concert) and more. Other establishments Rob has had the pleasure to work with are The Academy For Theatre Arts (Stoke), Manchester Actors Platform, Hope Mill Theatre, Shockout Arts and The Confucius Institute of Arts, China.

At the heart of education and innovation The Cardiac Diagnostics Education Centre is based within the North West Heart Centre at Wythenshawe Hospital which forms part of the wider Manchester Heart Institute of Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. As an IQIPS Cardiac Physiology and BSE accredited department we have many years of experience in running advanced cardiology courses, launching our new portfolio of courses under the ‘Cardiac Diagnostics Education Centre’ name in 2021.   With over 65 staff members at all levels we provide diverse training to support the needs of school leavers, undergraduate and postgraduate students as well as qualified healthcare professionals. Our learners include students, AHPs, nurses, physiologists, registrars, GPs and consultants. Our aim is to deliver the highest quality cardiac education to healthcare professionals to encourage continuous improvement and progression in cardiac knowledge in order to provide the best, most advanced patient care. We are proud to provide the BSc and MSc clinical cardiology teaching for both the Practitioner Training Programme (PTP) and Scientist Training Programme (STP) run by the National School of Healthcare Science on behalf of Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU). In collaboration with the British Society for Echocardiography (BSE), Health Education England and MMU we also facilitate the 18 month echocardiography training programme (ETP) which includes a Postgraduate certification in Echocardiography and a BSE Level 2 accreditation in transthoracic echocardiography. We are also a selected National Practice Assessment Centre for the BSE. In line with our commitment to education we also host numerous apprentice, PTP, STP and echocardiography students each year throughout their learning and ensure they are incorporated into our wider team to enhance their experience. We also offer work experience for candidates of all ages (school leavers through to career changes) to provide unrivalled access to the crucial work we perform - this helps to raise the profile and showcase the importance of cardiac physiology as a discipline. As an extension to our in-house education we also run external courses for other a wide range of other healthcare providers. Since our establishment in 2006, our vision has been to actively help people achieve a better quality of life. Our sole goal is to serve the community through the quality of support we have been renowned for. We aim to motivate and mobilise individuals to achieve their social and work-related goals. We also know that through this notion, we can have a positive effect on the local economy. In addition to our free classes, we deliver English language courses in Chorlton, Manchester as well as Sheffield. Our private English language classes in Manchester and Sheffield are accredited by the British Council. Community Revival (UK) is a not-for-profit voluntary organisation, limited-by-guarantee. As our name implies, we exist to refresh and revitalise the local community with a range of projects including, training, education, employment, recreation and social activities. Most of our beneficiaries are from the BME community with the majority being women, however Community Revival engages with all sections of society irrespective of background. Over 2000 students have completed English courses with us, improving their confidence, self-esteem and employment opportunities. We also promote social activities to improve social cohesion.
