I meet many subtle revolutionaries. One thing most have in common is that they struggle to describe what it is they do. They are doing something unique and it does not have a name yet. They may work with individuals, families or organisations. They may call themselves a consultant, founder, coach, designer, therapist, trainer, teacher, facilitator, researcher or leader. Often, they are all of these things and more. What they have in common is they are making lives better in new and unexpected ways. This is not a straightforward path. Few workplaces welcome any of the three qualities. I have yet to find one that wants all three. Working on the big picture is seen as a distraction from the urgent business of the day. It is easy to pick up the message that the approach - perhaps your greatest strength - has no value. That leads to unfulfilling work and the exhaustion of trying to be someone you are not. When you try to use these qualities, you will meet another challenge. Most of the existing advice will not work for you effectively. It is either outdated or just plain wrong. Some of it will even make things worse. This leads to anxiety and frustration. Perhaps even the sense of being a failure when things just don’t work out as intended time after time. I provide space as you reclaim the qualities that make you unique. I offer guidance as we explore ways to turn that uniqueness into a valuable enterprise. In doing so, we create a situation where it is no longer necessary to struggle for success. Where you do not have to trade energy for money.

Hi I'm Hem, the founder of Self Love Self Care System I am an angel connector that can help you to tap into your spiritual gifts, I teach and love yoga and I am also a healer too. I am on a mission to help people to heal themselves by understanding and incorporating love and care into their lives by using a whole host of tools that I have accumulated over my life. Over the years I have created a great deal of change in my own life and this has inspired me to share what I have learnt. A huge turning point in my life drew me towards coaching and using self love healing and angel connecetions/readings as a modality to create a fantastic life. My own metamorphosis was created by a deep understanding of pain that hit me when my life fell apart and my relationship pushed me to face up to every decision that I had ever made. In 2020 when the world was tumbling around all our ears, I decided to train to be yoga teacher, I love yoga. I believe that it helps us to heal, integrate and bring more love into our lives. This then helps us to understand who we are. I have been meditating since 11 years old and trained to teach this during my Reiki training and then again in my yoga training. I love the spiritual side of life, I am also fascinated by science. When I am not on a journey to heal and love...I adore reading, yoga, going on holidays, studying and having fun with lovely people.

Children's first sporting experience is so important as it can influence them to go on to better things if taught properly. This is done through upskilling teachers, instructors and sports coaches in how to deliver high-quality PE and martial arts lessons. I am a qualified school teacher my specialist subject is physical education (PE) I'm also a martial arts instructor and I started training in Taekwondo in 1986 at Panther Taekwondo, I gained my black belt in 1990 and wanted a new challenge, so I started going on different coaching courses to increase my coaching knowledge. While studying for my teaching degree I joined an organisation called Teachsport. With Teachsport, I went on to develop a school's martial arts program which involves going into primary schools and teaching children taekwondo and fitness. Once I graduated from University, I decided to introduce martial arts as a PE option to our Teachsport programme to help children with their coordination and confidence. We now run numerous after- school clubs throughout London and the south east, covering a range of different sports. I have recently gained the status of vice president at Panther Taekwondo and Song Moo Kwan England my duties include safeguarding and wellbeing of students and instructors. I now work in schools in Haringey, Lewisham and Redbridge teaching PE and supporting teachers in how to deliver good to outstanding PE.

I have made my CSCS card labourer at Crystal&Co in Harrow on the Hill and the staff was supper polite! I have received the electronic format of the CSCS card and certificate within 3 days from the course and I started the job quickly. Very happy with the customer service they provide! I needed a CSCS card labourer asap and Crystal&Co was the only place where I was able to take the course on a Sunday as I work from Monday to Saturday. On Thursday I received the electronic version of the CSCS card and the H&S certificate by email and I was able to start working. A few days later I received the card via Royal Mail because I live far away. Very polite and friendly staff. Strongly recommend Crystal&Co for the amazing service they provide. The staff at Crystal&Co is very friendly! I was told about this centre by my friend, he did his CSCS card at this centre and was very pleased with the services. I now found a job as a Labourer on a construction site so my advise to you is to take the course if you need it done fast and proper! Good luck to all! Great experience. On Thursday I made a reservation for Saturday. It was a one day class with the exam at the end. The course was well explained by the teacher, the exam was easy and from the information we received during the class. On Thursday I received the electronic version of the CSCS card, and I started the job. Thank you, Crystal&Co, I recommend with confidence!
