I was graduated from Yildiz Technical University, which is one of Turkey’s leading universities, Chemical Engineering Department in 2004. When I was studying at the university, I was tutoring lessons in chemistry, mathematics, physics and science. Later, I worked as a chemistry/science teacher in a private education tutoring school. I completed my master’s degree formation as a chemistry teacher which allowed me to work in all schools in Turkey as a Chemistry/Science Teacher. In addition, I started my master’s degree in chemical engineering. But, with the birth of my daughter, I quit my second master thesis. After working for 8 years as a chemistry/science teacher, I was promoted as the head of the chemistry and the department of science. Two years later, I was promoted to the Deputy Principal of the Secondary School. After working for 3 years as the Deputy Principal of the Secondary School, I worked for 2 years as the Principal of the Secondary and High School director. During my work, except for my business, I participated in many programmes to help and support young people. One of them is the Duke of Edinburgh International Youth Award. I worked as an award leader supervisor and coordinator. Another one is for gifted and talented students, I developed some activities in science and maths with my colleagues. During the period I worked, I realized the importance of personal development and participated in many training programs. After my training in mentoring and coaching, there was a huge change in my attitude on life. It is possible for each student to reach the maximum of his / her potential with proper directions. In this context, I am coaching and mentoring and try my best to guide the students and their parents to make the right choice for the right high school and the right university.

I first started yoga to stretch and strengthen my muscles. I am naturally very inflexible, and wanted to touch my toes. Long working hours and high intensity training were beginning to take a toll on my body, but I discovered yoga was the perfect partner to my busy lifestyle. I was able to switch off like I’d never been able to before. When I was on the mat, my to-do list could wait, and I was able to find calm and focus. As the weeks went by I felt stronger, more relaxed. And I was able to touch my toes for the first time! Fast forward, and I’m still a busy worker bee with a full-time and demanding day job. Yoga is a key part of my life, helping me to find more balance. I made the step to become a yoga teacher to help other busy people. I’ve created Worker Bee Yoga to help people with hectic lives find an hour a week to take care of their bodies and minds. My goal is to guide you to unlock the benefits of yoga for yourself. To help you build flexibility and strength. To support you to move outside of your comfort zone. To find a little focus and slow down using your breath. Everyone’s experience of yoga is different, but I believe that self-discovery is at its heart. Dunstable Training & Tuition provides Maths and English tuition for Primary to GCSE level pupils at an affordable rate. We also offer IT Training for All Ages. We offer a range of tuition packages at a discounted rate and we also run Pay As You Go lessons at £20 an hour. We have a modern, air conditioned teaching room which includes several laptops and hard-wired networked PCs. As a learning centre, we pride ourselves on our small groups of pupils (no more than 5 pupils at a time per teacher) with an emphasis placed on written work. We also offer One-to-One tuition on an appointment basis. Assessment feedback is given on a regular basis both to pupils and parents alike. Our teachers are PGCE Secondary qualified and have Masters degrees in their respective fields. When you first arrive at the Centre, your child will be offered an assessment so that we can correctly determine their learning requirements and to tailor their lessons. The training centre is located in the middle of Dunstable town centre in the Ashton Square Business Centre close to the Methodist Church. Berkshire Outdoor Education Trust

The Berkshire Outdoor Education Trust was founded in 1977/78. The original purpose of the Trust was to locate and operate an Outdoor Education Centre for the use of Berkshire school children. The Trust was started with the active encouragement and support of Berkshire County Council and its then Director of Education, Peter Edwards and the late John Wood Griffiths an officer in the Berkshire Education department. The Trustees raised and borrowed the money to buy an existing centre from Glamorgan County Council in the small settlement of Rhos y Gwaliau in the Snowdonia National Park, close to the market town of Bala. In the early years Berkshire County Council paid the teachers’ salaries and gave an annual grant towards the other teaching equipment that was needed, mainly protective clothing. The Trustees managed the centre, hired and paid the domestic and maintenance staff and settled all other expenses including food and heating costs out of the fees charged to attendees. With teachers’ salaries paid by the LEA the additional amount needed to be charged to pupils was quite modest. Over time, however, the level of subsidy given by the County Council was reduced and when in 1998 the 6 Unitary Councils replaced the County Council the subsidy was phased out completely. In consequence fees had to rise considerably. It was at this point that the Trustees decided to sell the centre to the present owner, who had been a teacher at the centre for some time previously. The trust then invested the proceeds of sale and now use the income to assist the most financially disadvantaged young people in the County enjoy the benefits and experience of time spent in outdoor educational activity.
