“I just want to help you, help yourself improve. Every person is different.
There is nothing I love more than listening to your goals and obstacles and
setting out a structured plan for the future, all with the aim of living a
better quality of life and making you feel fantastic in body and mind!” “Never
stop learning because life never stops teaching!” I took my first yoga class at
age 16 whilst working as a fashion model in London. It wasn’t until adult life,
after going through a series of experiences which led to a deep depression that
I was brought back on to my mat once again and really began a deep understanding
and connection to the benefits yoga. I teach at several venues in Hertfordshire
and abroad. I am trained in hot yoga but I also teach non-hot and enjoy guiding
yogis from early beginners to advanced practitioners. I teach at a range of
diverse locations but also at my studio in Abbots Langley. Click here for more
information about The Studio. Yoga is a practice for everyone and although my
journey as an instructor started as mind rehabilitation and a spiritual journey,
utilising breath and mindfulness, I have come to recognise the health benefits
for the body. My passion is to constantly learn more and educate myself further
to pass this on in my clients.
