The Czech Technical University in Prague (CTU) is one of the largest and oldest technical universities in Europe. According to Methodology 2017+, it is the highest-rated in the group of Czech technical universities. Currently, CTU has eight faculties: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Nuclear Science and Physical Engineering, Architecture, Transportation Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, and Information Technology. In the global QS World University Rankings, CTU is in 378th place, and in 12th place in the Emerging Europe and Central Asia regional rankings. Within the evaluation for the area of Engineering and Technology, CTU is in 175th place; in the field of Engineering – Civil and Structural, CTU is rated in 201st–220th place; in the field of Engineering – Mechanical, CTU is in 201st–250th place; and in Engineering – Electrical, in 201st–250th position. In the field of Physics and Astronomy, in 201st–250th place; in Natural Sciences, in 238th place. The University is ranked 151st–200th in Computer Science and Information Systems, in 251st–300th place in Material Sciences, and 251st–300th in Mathematics.

It symbolises the connections that exist between us and everything that surrounds us. More than anything it represents Wholeness and our African value of uBuntu. This is what drove us to form Beyond Coaching in 2009, when 21 like-minded coaches and trainers pulled together in the possibility of forming a coaching and training movement. One that is powered by Consciousness and committed to transforming the face of leadership and business. Bringing true collaboration, cohesion and mutual care back into the work place – for the sake of the people and of course for the sake of exponential business success. Rienzo Colpo was one of those founders he navigated the metamorphosis of that Beyond Coaching, to the lean and powerful force that it is today. Early in 2016 Mareli Kruger decided to move across from the University of Pretoria and join Beyond Coaching. This completed the foundation of senior coaches and master facilitators heading up the company.

The Defence College is a UK-based organisation specialising on providing technical short courses to engineers and applied science professionals working in defence sector. It also offers engineering R&D consultancy services. The organisation is served by a number of highly experienced academics specialising in the defence technical educations. One such example is Dr Bidur Khanal. He is a senior academic with a long and established track record of teaching engineering courses in UK Higher Education sector. In particular, he has developed a niche in teaching/training defence engineering courses. He was working at Cranfield University’s Centre for Defence Engineering (CDE) as a lecturer in Complex Weapons, where he spent a number of years teaching defence engineering topics in military land vehicle propulsion, transmission system design, weapons design, and fighting vehicle design. He still supports CDE’s courses. Dr Khanal has delivered short courses to defence organizations (currently to US & UK Army and Canadian defence personnels) as an external consultant, and the teaching are focused on weapons engineering courses e.g. Military Engine Technologies, Military Tracked Vehicle Transmission Systems and Designs, Gun System Designs, Fighting Vehicle Design etc. Dr Khanal is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a member of Royal Aeronautical Society, UK. He is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, UK. He is also an active researcher in computational fluid dynamics, and has published numerous research articles in journals and conference proceedings. Some of his most recent research projects include CFD studies on large calibre gun muzzle brake flowfield, thrust reverser design, High-Pressure turbine blade design and transient missile release from a military aircraft. We are also supported by Major Santa Pun MBE, Major Pun is a senior advisor to Defence College. His experience in UK Military and continuing service in UK MOD means we are strategically supported by a defence professional with life long experience in defence.

Hall Farm Eastoft has been farmed by the Coulman family for some 150 years or more and over time the land has produced a wide range of arable crops and been home to cattle, pigs, chickens and more recently alpacas. Extending to around 235 hectares (575 acres) of land the farm grow wheat, oilseed rape, sugar beet, potatoes and grass, as well as maintaining an extensive environmental scheme to enhance the natural habitat. It is important to us to farm to the highest environmental, sustainable and welfare standards which means we subscribe to a range of key industry standards and generate much of our energy and resources from sustainable sources. As members of Red Tractor Assurance schemes for both crop production and our pig production, as well as Freedom Food, British Quality Pork and Global Animal Partnership schemes for our pigs, we ensure that all our produce meets high production standards and enters the food chain. We generate all our power from our Solar PV system, powering lights, feed systems, grain driers and our vehicles and use a Biomass boiler to provide heat. In addition, around 90% of our water use is either borehole sourced or from rainwater harvesting ensuring we minimise our use of mains, treated water and rely on naturally produced water. The farm has hosted educational visits for many years, supported by Natural England’s environmental schemes, and has developed this educational support since 2017 into a social farm engaging with young people and adults, empowering them to develop skills to enrich their learning, wellbeing and social life. With our focus on sustainable, environmentally friendly farming coupled with our increasing community of social farmers, here at Hall Farm Eastoft we aim to provide a community farming operation benefiting the environment and the local community.
