Forces Fitness is a multi-award-winning company that provides education and
training within the great outdoors and has been operating since 2008. We provide
a number services from tailor-made health and well-being days/ residential
retreats for your company, Organisation, school, college or University, Outdoor
Boot camp sessions, Full Board residential Boot camps, Health and Well-being
workshops, Employability Bootcamps/sessions and we also work very closely with
local sports clubs, schools, colleges and universities. All our sessions are
engaging and are instructed by either ex or serving members of the armed forces.
All our Instructors hold the relevant qualifications and they will be happy to
drive you to achieve your goals! Our aim is to inspire everyone that takes part
in our sessions or boot camps to make good lifestyle changes so whether you are
new to training or an experienced athlete everyone is welcome.
