Salle Ossian was established as a charity in 2014 to bring the sport of fencing
to the communities of Perthshire in Scotland. The Board of Trustees took the
ambitious decision to set up the first ever sabre club and the first dedicated
training centre for the sport in Scotland. The club has since grown to become
one of the most successful sabre clubs in the UK, with fencers representing
Scotland and GB at all age groups and performing significantly at national and
international events. Children from the age of 5 and adults over the age of 70
take part in classes that include fencing, fitness, mindfulness and one-on-one
tuition. Whether you want to workout once or twice a week, or train for a place
on the Scotland or GB team, you'll find Salle Ossian incredibly welcoming,
nutruring, friendly and ambitious. We believe that "nothing works like hard work
works. And the harder you work at the club, the harder the club works for you.
