Living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. My aim
is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits
your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. I always make
sure that each client's plan is unique to their preferences, goals and
lifestyle. It's never use a blanket approach! After graduating from my MSc in
Sports Rehabilitation, I have worked across multiple areas of sport, including
coaching, personal training, strength & conditioning and sports rehab. This
includes working with both individuals privately and within the rehabilitation
departments in the Royal Navy, Newport Gwent Dragons RFC, Ealing Trailfinders
RFC and London Scottish RFC.
