Pilates - Personal Trainer! I’ve been training women who struggle with mobility
and strength for the last 5 years! I help to boost their confidence and
knowledge to be able to increase mobility and gain strength. I help them become
the strongest version of themselves. As a former dancer I put a lot of strain on
my body and had to work hard through injuries. I became a Personal Trainer to
help people gain confidence about how they train and how they feel. I love
working with my clients as everyone is different and I get great enjoyment from
their achievements.
