Our adult’s karate is a freestyle karate built on traditional basics from
Kyokushin where we guide you through the traditional aspects of Karate such as
traditional katas (featuring katas such as Saifa, Bassai Dai & Garyu) as well as
bunkai (the self-defence practical aspect of the kata used to protect you
outside of the dojo).
