What makes us different is our focus on creating an innovation process based on a combination of digital deceleration, fused with creativity, inspiration and with the accent on collaboration. We have run successful pilot events on Bute and virtually which have attracted support from many blue-chip organisations. Realistically, in the short term, we will rely heavily on word of mouth and a growing community which is evangelical about its experiences. In terms of promoting our story externally, our team has developed this dynamic website and is active on social media platforms. We have a quarterly newsletter called The Standing Stone which goes out to a growing number of subscribers. Regular blogs and a number of articles in the media such as The Times and The Scotsman have helped to promote the Craigberoch vision to a wider audience. There are many traditional training centres where business professionals are offered standard management training or outward-bound-style experiences. We have undertaken constructive discussions with several such centres with a view to future alliances where we can introduce our differentiated services and promote the concept of business deceleration.

My name is Pierre Noah and I am one of the five men who rescued an individual during the Black Lives Matter march on the 13 June 2020 in central London. After the video footage of George Floyd's death went viral on social media, the peaceful demonstrations planned in London to show solidarity changed over the course of the week and became increasingly violent once right-wing extremists announced that they were also going to attend the march in central London. Watching this on television at home prompted me to call my associates to support me under the umbrella of my security company ARK Protection Limited and to work in conjunction with the police to ensure safety for our young men and women who were attending the march peacefully. ACC was established in December 2020 following our intervention and my appeal to the Prime Minister for support to rebuild broken communities. Samuel Kasumu who served as Special Advisor to Prime Minister Boris Johnson was instrumental in supporting and facilitating the establishing of ACC. Our primary focus is on four pillars: New model youth club Education Tackling youth crime Parental support networks

Hi, my name’s Sarah! My pronouns are they/she and I’m currently based in Cheltenham (UK) where I live with my partner. I’ve been practicing yoga for just over 6 years and I immediately fell in love with the practice. Whether it was the physical benefits from my asana (posture) practice, or the mental benefits from pranayama (breath work) and meditation, yoga changed my life (I realise how incredibly cheesy and cliché that sounds, but it’s true!)I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 – the experience was incredible and it completely changed my personal practice and influenced the practices I want to share. My goal is to teach yoga which is accessible for everybody – regardless of ability, age, gender, or background. I want to create classes & workshops that are gender neutral, suitable for people who are neurodiverse, accessible for all physical abilities and free of diet culture. As well as my 200 hour training, I’ve also completed Accessible Yoga training and my 85 hour Pregnancy and Post-Natal Yoga Teacher Training. I want to improve people’s lives by sharing the benefits of yoga – whether that’s by allowing rest, reducing stress or through movement. I offer accessible yoga classes, including mat-based yoga, chair yoga, bed yoga, pregnancy yoga, and restorative yoga – to enable anyone to practice yoga. My style of teaching is centred around giving you choice and autonomy in your practice. I’ll guide you through a sequence but give you a variety of options so you can find what feels right for your body. A lot of people think that yoga is what you see on social media: flexibility, handstands on beaches and contorting yourself into pretzel shapes, but it’s not! It’s about finding stillness in your mind and connecting with your body and breath. In an age where everything feels like it’s go-go-go, I genuinely believe that everyone deserves to find some rest and stillness. I am an artist, designer and tutor (the fun bits), as well as marketing manager, social media guru, content writer, website designer, photographer, video editor, sales person and book keeper all rolled into one. I love all things magical, mythical and fantastical, which I think creeps out just a little in my work! I like to appeal to the inner child that lurks inside us all and encourage people to allow their imagination out to play once in a while. Here are a few (hopefully) interesting facts about me and how I got here: I grew up in Hertfordshire, then moved around the UK following my studies and my career. I now live near Bishop Auckland in County Durham (North East England) with my partner and my Daisy dog. I was never interested in traditional art at school and honestly cannot recall a single art lesson beyond primary school. I have a Chemistry degree and a Masters in Forensic Anthropology. I am quite an extreme introvert and can happily go days without any human contact. I spent seven years working in Liverpool as a Crime Scene Investigator (CSI), followed by nine years teaching CSI's from across UK police forces and internationally. In 2015, I started making things in my spare time and started selling some of my creations at local craft fairs. In 2016, I discovered fabric sculpting, became the first certified Powertex tutor in the North East of England and began running my creative workshops in my spare time. In 2017, I was made redundant from my role as a Forensic Trainer and decided to use the opportunity to change careers completely and become a self employed 'artist'. (Most of my friends and colleagues thought I was a bit crazy at this point!) Since 2016, I have brought fun and creativity into the lives of countless adults and children through my workshops. I have also put smiles on the faces of even more people through exhibiting, sharing, displaying and selling my creations. And this is what I love so much about what I do now. I love sharing the happiness I get from creating. I love seeing that little smile appear when people see my creations at markets and events. I love seeing the joy and pride people get from creating something themselves. So, thank you for supporting me. Even if it is just by visiting my website or liking my facebook page, it all allows me to continue spreading happiness as well as making me a very happy, creative bunny.

First Aid News and UpdatesFirst aid training is something many people see as necessary workplace training. It is so much more than that for our Managing Director, Keith Sleightholm. Many years ago, Keith was driving home when a very drunk driver travelling down the wrong side of the road smashed into Keith's car. For twenty minutes, Keith was trapped in the vehicle and nobody stopped to offer comfort or help until an off duty nurse and fireman came upon the accident, provided first aid and alerted the EMS.

She currently lives in Glasgow where she works from her studio in the west end and also lectures part time at Glasgow Clyde College in the Fashion, Textiles, and Design department. As well as working on commissions for various clients, Holly also dedicates a lot of time and focus to continually creating her own new drawings and illustrations.
