We want to bridge the gap between rhetoric and reality for families of people with complex needs through supporting families, training and influencing policy makers and providers.

Inner Resources is a committed outreach team who provide focused high level individual and family support. The aim of our work is to achieve good outcomes for children and adults who are in crisis and experiencing extreme difficulties. Our approach is open, non-judgmental and based on genuine encouragement, cooperative management and practical interventions.

We are a specialist training company delivering clinical skills, moving and handling and basic life support training to health and social care services. For clients, families, nurses, carers, personal assistants and teaching staff, to enable safe community complex care at home.  We also deliver regulated qualifications through an awarding organisation regulated by Ofqual, and courses recognised on the Regulated Qualifications Framework that focus on adult, child and infant first aid.  We also deliver other courses like Paediatric First Aid, First Aid at Work, Immediate Life Support and others designed specifically for workplaces, schools and clubs. In addition we can create tailored training courses with bespoke lesson plans, training and competencies where required, that are of an exceptionally high standard and are specific to the individual needs of the client, family, staff, workplace or educational setting.
