This course contains both self-study and live training in online classes and covers the META-Health Level 1 and 2 material. It will take 6 months including 24 live sessions, 2 hours each, mainly in a weekly rhythm. You will get preparatory videos, reading material and tasks that help to understand and integrate the content, while the group sessions focus on demonstrations, discusion of the material, and practical exercises for you. All the time, our trainers and tutors will support you and we’ll be a learning family with an active chatgroup. Altogether you should reckon approximately 5 hours per week.

You’ll learn META-Health from scratch. Those who have absolved a MHI Level 1 training within the last year get a discount of 20% of the training fee.
This training prepares you for the certification process to become licensed as META-Health professional.
Certification is optional. Even if you aren’t a health professional, you may enter the training to deepen your knowledge, understanding and resources for becoming and staying healthy – however be aware that basic knowledge of biology and anatomy will be very helpful!

Weekly Workshops:  Each week, we’ll introduce and practice one or two tools designed to fit seamlessly into your life (in just a few minutes at a time, I promise!). These are not your typical “luxury spa day” suggestions — because let’s face it, who has time for that?  Instead, you’ll learn sustainable, go-to strategies that you can use anytime, anywhere, to boost your wellbeing, even in the midst of chaos.  You will also receive a mid-week email of encouragement between workshops and printables to help record and track your progress.
Ongoing Support:  In each session, we’ll review your progress, fine-tune your approach, if needed, and introduce the next tool.

The preparation for the EFT Level 1 includes approximately 3 hours of advance work, including watching several short online videos and the reading of 2 articles that explore both the history of EFT and the scientific premises for how EFT works. EFT LEVEL 2 Foundational Skills
The two-day EFT Level 2 workshop is designed for those practitioners who have taken the pre-requisite EFT Level 1 and are either in practice or preparing to be and will be able to apply EFT when working with clients. This may include but not be limited to social workers, counselors, therapists, health care practitioners, life coaches and those who may be wishing to pursue EFT certification.
It reviews and expands upon the basic aspects of the Art and Science of EFT taught in the EFT 1 course. Additional techniques are taught to expand your repertoire and offer skillful and effective ways of working with different client populations and expanding your ability to work with deeper issues. Of course, as in all EFT Tapping Training workshops, new material is presented using a variety of learning styles including partnered teaching methods, demonstrations, paired and small group experiential applications, video examples and more to ensure that no one walks away without fully understanding everything that is taught. Most importantly, this EFT Level 2 workshop will hone your practice skills. Greater attention and time will be spent on personal observation to assist you in mastering the techniques learned. Enhanced instruction on asking key questions for uncovering core issues will be provided.

EFT International Certification Process
Attendance and completion of this training in no way constitutes “certification” and no attendee should consider themselves or promote themselves as a Certified EFT Practitioner based solely upon attendance of this training.

This online course trains you as a Youth Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider®), giving you:
An in-depth understanding of young people’s mental health and factors that affect wellbeing
Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues
Confidence to reassure and support a young person in distress

This is an online course delivered through the MHFA England Online Learning Hub

RQF level 1 Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health
Each year approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health condition and at least 1 in 6 employees experience common mental health problems in the workplace. Research has shown that work is the biggest cause of stress which can stop people performing at their best.

Mental health conditions are often hidden due to stigma and fear of discrimination and research has shown that a culture of fear and silence around mental health is costly to employers. The HSE guidance 'First aid needs assessment’ refers to mental health in the workplace.

This 4-hour qualification provides learners with the knowledge to recognise a range of mental health conditions, how to start a supportive conversation and when and how to signpost a person to seek appropriate professional help. Learners will know how to recognise and manage stress.

Learners will not diagnose or treat mental health conditions as this can only be carried out by healthcare professionals but will gain the knowledge to identify when a person may have a condition and know where they can go to get help.

Course delivery details
Classroom-Based
A minimum of 4 hours spread over at least one day. Ideally, the course should be run in one day, but must be completed within 2 weeks of
starting the course, with each training session a minimum of two hours.

Online/Virtual classroom
The qualification has 2 assigned guided learning hours (GLH) and 5 hours total qualification time (TQT). GLH indicates the number of contact
hours that the learner will have with the trainer/assessor. TQT includes GLH but considers unsupervised learning and is an estimate of how long the average learner will take to achieve the qualification.
