We understand that when you have cancer, or you’re supporting somebody you love with cancer, it’s a challenging time. It’s the non-stop hospital visits, the impact on confidence and self-esteem, and perhaps the loneliness of knowing that others just can’t quite understand how you’re feeling. Move Dance Feel unites women affected by cancer through dance. Guided by professionals, our activities help you to re-discover yourself, open up to new possibilities, and find a renewed sense of joy in the body. Move Dance Feel is a registered Community Interest Company. In 2021 our Founder, Emily Jenkins, was selected as a National Lottery Award Winner in the category of Art, Culture and Film.

My name is Alice Liley and I run the Tumble Tots franchise in the Worthing area. Classes have been hosted here for over 30 years and I have been leading since 2020. I brought my own son to Tumble Tots in 2013 and immediately fell in love with the Tumble Tots programme. I watched as my son developed confidence, self esteem and the essential skills of agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination that are so important in the early years. We had such fun together that when the opportunity arrived to lead other families and children through the programme I jumped, with both feet, at it!
