Tai Chi Rutland is based in Oakham in the beautiful county of Rutland. We teach Tai Chi and Qi Gong for beginners and those with experience at four venues across Rutland and Leicestershire as well as at private venues.
Our weekly Youth Club runs from 4-6.30pm every Tuesday & 4-7pm every Thursday, offering free recreational, creative, and fun activities for local children aged 8-14 years.
