Brinnand Coaching

I started my career in HR, working my way up from HR Administrator to partnering with senior leaders to support organisational change and growth. I loved the variety of HR but the best bit for me was having great one to one conversations, asking insightful questions to allow people the time and space to really think - and seeing them grow as a result. Iโ€™m very privileged that I can now focus on this as a career as a Coach. Iโ€™ve worked in a variety of industries, including Defense, Aviation and Technology but the part of my job that I always loved was having 1:1 purposeful conversations, that helped the person solve a problem for themselves or see something in a new way. My first experience of being coached was early on in my career where I was able to discover insights and a level of self-awareness that I still reflect on today. Iโ€™ve since had coaching sessions at key points in my career when Iโ€™ve felt stuck and am a huge advocate of the transformation it can bring. I love seeing the โ€˜a-haโ€™ moments that a coaching conversation brings to help people to move forward. Iโ€™m excited to meet future clients to explore your story and help you with your own transformation. My Qualifications I graduated from the University of West of England (UWE) with a 2:1 in Business Studies. I then went onto to study for a Diploma in Human Resource Management, also at UWE. In 2019 I completed an Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Fundamentals of Coaching and Mentoring, and am currently studying an ILM level 7 Executive & Senior Level Coaching with In Good Company.

Yogababe

yogababe

Naomi supports Women through the Every day and transitional times of life - with Yoga, Massage and Sound practices. She taught her first Yoga class in 2008 and has 1000s of hours of teaching and training experience since then. She passionately specialises in Yoga & Massage for Women's Health - Womb Health, Fertility, Pregnancy, Postnatal &, peri/menopause years. She regularly teaches Yin & Hatha Yoga, Yoga in the Workplace, Children's Yoga and Yoga for Mental Wellbeing. I taught my first Yoga class Yoga in 2008 and founded Yogababe in 2010. I initially trained for 3 years (500 hours) with the British Wheel of Yoga whilst I was pregnant and caring for young children. Naturally I adapted my Yoga style to suit Conception, Pregnancy, Birth and the Postnatal period. I decided to train with with Uma Dinsmore Tuli in Well Woman Yoga Therapy to help me maintain equilibrium both in my personal journey and helping other women. I have now completed many hours of extra study and training since so I can share Yoga practices with you and help you on your journey.. "My Yoga is totally adaptable and changes to suit whatever life brings me - it has helped me through transformative times . I bring adaptability into my teaching - there is always a Yoga practice to be had, whatever life stage you are at - whether physical posture, meditation, pranayama, song..... I was introduced to Yoga as a child, as my mother was also a Yoga teacher. But it wasn't until my early twenties that I rocked up at a random class in London, on my office job lunch break. I began to feel truly at peace and at home in myself on the mat. "I always said, I would train to be a Yoga teacher if I was still unhappy in my office job at 30. In fact, it happened way before that. I spent time in ashrams in India whilst travelling - Auroville, Tamil Nadu and the Sivananda Ashram, Kerala - they both taught me how Yoga can be 'lived' and it became an intrinsic part of my life. After travelling, I started my teacher training course with Elaine Fletcher and i haven't looked back. Having children transformed my practice and helped me find solace and interest in the subtler Yoga practices. Stronger postures often felt 'not quite right' especially when my body felt like it was giving up, suffering from pelvic & back issues, fatigue & postnatal depression. I learnt a lot at that time and now I am passionate in adapting Yoga practices to suit every body and mind. I actively promote mental health and wellbeing as well as developing self-awareness. Over the years I have taught classes in numerous gyms, and Schools, and collaborated with organisations such as MIND, MS Society, CoastNet, NE Essex Primary Care Trust and Barnardos.... "My personally practice changes every day according to my needs. I love a bit of Yin Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga Nidra when i'm feeling exhausted....'

Liz Lilley

Brighton

Liz is passionate about supporting and empowering people to move through areas of restriction in their lives. When we are recognised, witnessed, and understood as individuals, in a safe, non-judgemental space, we can integrate all the strengths and vulnerabilities we encompass. Experiencing a compassionate relationship is a foundation to be able to identify, feel and heal the challenges you face, be the best version of yourself, whatever that may look like, and thrive.ย  ย Liz Lilley is a Humanistic Psychotherapist, Massage Therapist and Breathwork Facilitator. She also ย provides Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy on Clinical Trials using psilocybin in the UK, integrating her professional experience from all her passions into her therapeutic practice. After many years of working with the body and witnessing the somatic release of trauma Liz went on to study psychotherapy in order to bring her knowledge of the mind-body in line with her experiences.ย  She has supported thousands of people through bodywork and counselling yet felt there was a missing piece of the puzzle to her offerings. Then she discovered simple and powerful breathwork techniques, had some deeply profound personal experiences and went on to become a trained Breathwork Facilitator, completing the puzzle.ย  Liz now holds group and one-to-one sessions online and in-person combining these practices to enhance the healing potential of unifying Body, Mind and Breath. Liz has an ongoing interest in expanded states including breathwork, meditation, psychedelics and shamanic journeying as tools and openings that enhance self-awareness, creativity, connection and therapeutic release. Her experiences in these practices have informed her focus on the integration of her clientโ€™s exploration into the Body, Mind and Breath.ย  She believes that with focus, intention and integration we can prolong the benefits of the work we do on ourselves. Liz has held sharing circles, worked in young peopleโ€™s mental health and with refugees and has supported people who have experienced domestic abuse and homelessness. Liz developed a special interest in working as a Psychedelic-Integration Psychotherapist and is on the Advisory Board and is the Project Lead for Growthful Networks, the community area for the Institute of Psychedelic Therapy as well as a registered practitioner on their database. She has also faciltated breathwork sessions for the therapists training for the DMT for Depression clinical trial and provides Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy on clinical trial research for psilocybin for mental health conditions.
