I grew up around addiction, domestic violence and abuse. I’ve seen both sides of the coin of poor mental health. I understand the damage it can do to those experiencing it, and those living, working or learning around poor mental well-being, or without the skills to manage it. I’ve spent years studying counselling, recognising abuse and have certificates in topics ranging from safeguarding to autism awareness.
