SAADI Gymnastics was established in 1975. Originally specialising in women’s artistic, the club opened up a Recreational Club in 2015 in order to offer gymnastics to everyone in the local area. We are now recognised as one of the fastest growing British Gymnastics Clubs in the Region. SAADI Gymnastics offers a variety of classes for children of all ages. Our Recreational Classes for 4-14 year olds are designed to teach gymnastics in a fun and consistent way, and are led by British Gymnastics qualified coaches. The class typically has a ratio of 10 gymnasts to 2 or 3 coaches, and focuses on specific skills each week. These classes cost £11.50 per hour. Our Pre-School classes are led by our beloved characters Somi and Flic, two dinosaurs who love gymnastics and adventures. These classes are designed to help children learn different gymnastics skills while having fun, and cost £8.50 per hour. Our Parent and Child classes are a great way for children ages 2-3 to explore gymnastics with their parent or guardian. These classes cost £6.50 per hour. Our Play Gym classes for children ages 0-5 are a popular option, with extensive soft play and gymnastics equipment available for children and their parents to enjoy. These classes cost £5 per hour.

It happened that he shared the office at SHU with Dr Stephen May the author of McKenzie Text Books and a remarkable researcher, in a cloudy morning in the winter of 2006 at the Cafe area in Robert Winston Building of SHU ,Mahmoud has invited Dr May to visit Cairo-Egypt to present a short introductory workshop to the McKenzie concept. the rest is history.
