10 years experience as a Personal Trainer. I have completed a BSc in Exercise physiology and an HND in fitness, health and exercise, REPS Level 3 Accredited Qualification. My academic skills combined with my experience continuously developed throughout my career from working with a variety of client groups as a personal trainer have enabled me to develop an extensive knowledge & expertise in exercise, nutrition, fitness, health & well being. Some examples of the courses I have completed include; Anatomy & Phyisology Nutrition For Sport & Exercise Excercise to Music Exercise Prescription Managing Stress Through Exercise Therapy Relaxation Techniques First Aid For Sport Health Screening Fitness Testing Stretch Training Scottish Weightlifting Course Leader Award Health, lifestyle and exercise behaviour (sqa level 10) Muscle, pain, fatigue and injury (sqa level 10) Tone fit body systems, roller point therapy, Kettle bell, TRX, power bag fitness, kinetic trainer course certificates Physique of the week competitor I believe that dedication, determination and discipline are all pre requisites for any individual looking to achieve specific goals. I am a hard working individual who is passionate and enthusiastic about my field of expertise and I hope to pass this passion and enthusiasm onto my clients. It is my aim to provide each client with real sustainable results and also to improve their knowledge and education on exercise, nutrition, fitness, health & well being that can change their approach to life.
