Islamic Courses is a “non-profit” project initiated by Islamic Circles, a
community-based network that has been running at the Froud Centre, East London
since January 2001. They organise a wide range of Islamic events, projects and
activities including short courses, seminars, workshops, social gatherings and
more. We serve as a much-needed platform to engage leading Muslim Theologians,
Thinkers, Philosphers, Academics AND non-Muslim experts on various Islamic and
Muslim- related subjects. These are aimed at/for young Muslim scholars, Imams,
senior activists (dai’ees), junior Muslim academics and researchers, etc., on
highly intellectual, content-based subjects through one day seminars
