ABOUT MCT FITNESS My name is Matt Colligan - I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer,
soon to be Level 4 Nutrition Coach, Boot Camp Instructor and owner of MCT
Fitness. Having served with the Royal Marines Commandos, I have gained knowledge
and expertise in coaching people in reaching their full physical potential
whilst also creating the right mindset to succeed! MCT Fitness is a Wirral based
company that is dedicated to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle, through
fitness classes, personal training and nutrition coaching. As sessions are only
run by myself, I get to know my clients' strengths and weaknesses, therefore,
I'm able to offer a high level of coaching to reach personal goals. The majority
of MCT Fitness classes are conducted outside. Data suggests that outdoor fitness
can help you stick with regular physical activity because of the feel-good
factor. The oxygen boost you get from the fresh air gets the serotonin flowing.
MCT Fitness caters for all fitness levels and sessions are as easy or as hard as
you make them. You can burn anywhere between 500 to 800 calories depending on
your body type and your effort level. I believe what you put into the session is
exactly what you get out of the session! 1 - 1 personal training and nutrition
coaching is carried out at the MCT Private PT Studio or online to suit your
needs. My unique and compassionate style of coaching helps clients to build
their competence and autonomy in what they are doing which leads to results!
