THE STORY OF Suffolk Academy Founded by Glen Moulds, the Academy began as a way
to train elite athletes from the England Karate squad. Over many years the site
has constantly grown and developed to meet the community’s needs. In addition to
Karate, the Academy now hosts a recently expanded and renovated Life Fitness gym
(open 5am to 11pm 365 days a year), archery range, camping pitches and
