Community and Family Learning is promoted by Harrow Council to provide a wide
choice of learning opportunities for all ages and abilities across the borough
in partnership with our providers. With the providers of community and family
learning in Harrow working in partnership you will find that learning is
accessible to you - in your local school or library, a College, a community
centre, a temple, even in a children's centre. Our courses are funded or
subsidised by the Mayor of London or the Education & Skills Funding Agency but a
lot of our courses also incur a fee; however they may be available with no fee
or at a discount if you're unemployed or on means-tested benefits and are
actively seeking work.
