We also focus very specifically on the how-to-do-it, the step-by-step approaches that turn Biblical ideas into a new way of life in Christ. Also our approach is collaborative – what we mean by this is that we help you identify what your own options are, what your own values are, what your calling in Christ really means to you. Then we support you in achieving this through our training programs. We are also developing these ideas academically, looking beyond our own calling and practices. We excel in “cold repairs”, particularly for oil and gas sectors. A defining point of this excellence is our ATEX certified cold grinding and cutting tools in Zones 1 and 2 areas, utilised for remedial and preventive maintenance operations. At WRAP, we realise that unscheduled plant shut downs are enforced for safety concerns when traditional metallic repairs require hot welding for expended gas and oil pipelines. However, our non-metallic repair is provided as a full turnkey cold work solution, thus guaranteeing that strengthening pipelines and pipe support involves no heat-reliant procedures. WRAP’s world-class services significantly eradicates external corrosion and structurally rehabilitates the asset, whilst also totally erasing the need for costly plant shut downs. Our Neptune Research Inc. composites, together with the use of Safety Tools Allmet, enables us to perform maintenance under a “cold work permit”, thus providing a cost efficient solution and boost safety to a higher level. Part of WRAP’s pipeline rehabilitation service includes HDD field joint protection. In these procedures we focus on the complete protection of field joint coatings and prepare the pipe for the pull through by providing a robust mechanical protection over the field joint coating. It is evident that the integrity of composite repairs depends largely on how well the compounds are adhered to the surface of the pipe. We have studied that the profile of the prepared surface significantly affects the adhesion integrity of the composite repairs. However, many of the classified sites cannot be shut down for use of hot works surface preparation methods as grinding and sandblasting and as a consequence, many of the repairs were not performed satisfactorily due to poor adhesion to unclean surface. Through matching epoxy/resin based solutions with “cold grinding” methods, we are able to deliver an unparalleled process that ensures quality application and workmanship.

Classroom-based Courses Heartsaver Courses – Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course. Heartsaver can be completed as CPR/AED only, First Aid only, First Aid and CPR/AED, or Pediatric First Aid and CPR/AED. This course is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage an emergency until emergency medical services arrives. This course uses AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback, and guide the students’ learning of skills. Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider – BLS is geared towards prehospital providers, like EMTs, paramedics, fire fighters, and in-facility hospital providers. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course. The BLS Instructor-led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics.

Sian Williams VICE CHAIR SIAN WILLIAMS Sian Williams is Head of National Services at Toynbee Hall in London’s East End. Sian has been responsible for Toynbee Hall’s local and national financial inclusion programmes since October 2009, including Transact (the UK’s national forum for financial inclusion), financial inclusion training, research, evaluation and strategic consultancy. Sian takes a whole systems approach to financial well-being, supporting organisations to develop policies and practice which make it easier for people to make the most of their money. She has co-led the Financially Inclusive Tower Hamlets programme, which adopts this environmental approach within one of the UK’s most deprived communities. Sian’s team have also created a ground-breaking needs and impact digital measurement tool for financial health, the MAP Tool, to fill the gaps around knowing “what works” in financial health interventions. Sian provides advice on financial inclusion to financial services providers, and is a member of advisory groups for the Payments Council, the LINK Scheme, the BBA, DWP, HMT and the Big Lottery. My journey started many years ago when I suffered with severe IBS, inflamed acne, fatigue and very poor immune function. I was sick all the time, not knowing what was causing my issues. It left me with anxiety and I realised something needed to change. After a lot of personal research and the support from an amazing nutritional therapist, I found something that worked for me. I discovered I was deficient in so many nutrients and needed to eliminate, and introduce certain foods to help me heal naturally. This is when I realised the power and the healing benefits of eating well. Food really is medicine! Once I started to heal I really wanted to share my knowledge with others. If I could feel better, then I wanted other people to feel better too. So, I left my career in design to work in the natural health industry to learn more. This is when I started to run workshops to teach people how to make healthy and nutritious food. My main mission was, and still is, to help others and to give them the tools they need to improve their health. Today, after studying to become a Nutrition Coach, I can now help others on a greater scale. I absolutely love what I do. I know I had to go through my own struggle to be where I am today and I am grateful for the journey. I am still on this journey and I am always learning and listening to my body now. I love food and I love cooking with different types of foods. I have been introduced to whole new flavours and tastes. I have fun in the kitchen and like to throw things together. I am quite impatient, so cooking is usually less than 30 mins if possible. I also have a love for chocolate, so I am always coming up with new ways to satisfy my cravings. o illustrate the OLS journey, we use a persona/story of Joy, a mentee participating in the program, and Sam, their mentor, as they progress through their open science training. Joy will provide an outline of a project in their application that they will develop in the program. Additionally, they will indicate their interests in learning particular aspects of Open Science and research. Sam will register as a mentor and list their expertise that they would like to share with their mentee. After the selection process, they will be involved in the following steps of this program: Based on their common interests, they will be introduced to each other as suitable mentee and mentor They will meet every 2nd week on mentee-mentor calls (around 30 minutes). Sam will help Joy evaluate their understanding of the new topics introduced in the program, and guide their progress by providing constructive feedback. Joy will be given assignments before these calls to help them apply new skills to their project. When needed, Joy and Sam will connect with other experts to invite consultation on their project. Joy will participate in online training calls and share insights with other participants in the program. In these cohorts calls, they will be introduced to new topics and resources, participate in break-out discussions, and listen to expert talks. Joy will get to know their peers from the cohort during social and co-working calls. They will share their project ideas, learn about others’ projects and discuss assignments. A final graduation call will allow Joy to present their project to other participants and exchange values. Sam will also participate in mentor training calls and attend topic-based discussions with other mentors aimed at enhancing their mentoring skills. A self-evaluation survey, mid-cohort survey and post-cohort survey will help Joy and Sam in positioning their knowledge in open science leadership before, during and after the program.
