We noticed there was a disregard to how people were being taught to deal with their everyday job roles. They were mainly being taught ‘out of a book’ by trainers who did not actually have real life experience. This got us to thinking about other training courses that were also being taught in this way. After thorough research, we gradually began to add further training courses for businesses that needed practical training solutions for their employees – e.g. for first aid, safety and technical elements, and so their organisation would be fully regulated and compliant. Our vision is and will always be to ensure that all of our clients have access to the most relevant training courses and practical, solution-based assessment, consultancy and training development services – whenever and wherever they need it. We fully understand the importance of treating each client as an individual, which is why we consistently respond to delegates individual needs and requirements. Our team of carefully chosen experts have a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience in their chosen training field, and they work closely with our clients to enable them to achieve their goals within their required timescales. We all take great pride in passing our knowledge and enthusiasm onto our course delegates. We believe that by doing this we will become the provider of choice by providing practical based training not on offer anywhere else. By achieving this we will build a sustainable and respected business, which will help businesses become better at what they do. At Oakley Training & Consultancy, it is our belief everybody should have access to the right training and equipment so that they can cope with any medical emergencies and carry out their role at work safely and efficiently.

Kiddibops is proud to introduce our highly skilled and committed team. Each one of us is a qualified teacher with (QTS) and a professional early years music specialist. We are all musicians and are passionate about music education. We dedicate ourselves to delivering the best quality music-play classes that nurture musicianship, creativity and confidence in the youngest of children. The Kiddibops team, with the help of their assistant Bramble Bunny, use singing, rhymes, movement, child led music-play, free-flow and directed instrument play in all Kiddibops sessions. Kiddibops classes include a variety of activities that use music from different times, genres and cultures. Our sessions are sensory, but not over-stimulating. We only use simple songs to allow children to develop them at home in their private play, thus supporting deeper learning and transformative skills. All sessions have a clear structure to ensure little ones feel safe and confident so they get the most out of their experience. We are all about building genuine relationships with our children and respecting them as articulate musical beings. Rachel and the team keep up to date with new research relating to music-play, music practice and early learning development. Kiddibops is passionate about using music to develop social interaction and communication skills and delivers bespoke intervention sessions to support children with SEN. Music is a significantly important tool in connecting with children who are non or pre-verbal and allows children with limited speech and language skills a way to communicate and express themselves using music as a protolanguage. Kiddibops is also a Dementia Friend and runs popular and successful Intergenerational Music Classes in local residential homes to support well-being and cognition in dementia patients. These classes also encourage the growth of beautiful relationships between residents and local families.

We teach children to be safe and kind digital citizens. Because we believe that every child has the right to learn how to thrive online, we have created an experiential learning environment for pupils to learn about their relationship with screens. Embracing the benefits of the internet. We make children aware of the risks of being online, but we also want them to see the internet as a place to find knowledge, fun and friendships. Learning through play. We create the opportunity for valuable teaching moments through structured play, which we know engages pupils more than the traditional ‘chalk and talk’ approach. Going above and beyond the curriculum. With Natterhub’s resources, teachers can not only deliver against the demands of the online safety curriculum, but create truly impactful digital citizenship lessons through which we can demonstrate tangible progress. A sandbox environment The walled garden Natterhub environment gives children the skills they need to safely step into the online world on their own device. And we have all the information that parents need to be digitally savvy. So much more than online safety. Natterhub teaches children to approach the internet with kindness, empathy, resilience and critical thinking - skills that will last them a lifetime. Following on from extensive school based research, Natterhub was built and designed to create the most impact for pupils to develop critical thinking skills associated with being online. With metacognition at the heart of the project, we have continued to reflect and adapt our product in order for it to provide schools with the highest quality digital literacy education. We’ve been supported by TwinklHive, and are closely aligned with safeguarding organisations like the NSPCC and the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).

Tiny Tickers is a small national charity with big ambitions. We’ve got a proud track record of helping improve the detection, care and treatment of babies with serious heart conditions, and we have exciting plans to do even more to help in the future. We were founded in 1999 by world-renowned fetal cardiologist Dr Helena Gardiner, when she realised many of the babies she was caring for could have been helped earlier. Our chief executive, Jon Arnold, is the parent of a child who has had open heart surgery for a major defect, and he heads our team of staff and volunteers based throughout the UK. Mission and need We want to increase early detection rates of cardiac conditions because we know that spotting a defect early can improve a baby’s chances of survival and long-term quality of life. Around 6,000 babies are born with a serious heart defect in the UK each year, and around 1,000 of these newborns head home with no one realising their lives are in danger. We are changing that. Find out more Our work and impact Rates for heart problems being detected during pregnancy have more than doubled since we launched – thanks in part to our work. We train sonographers to spot defects during routine pregnancy scans; support families with a diagnosis; campaign to improve service standards; raise awareness; and support academic research. Find out more Our plans and ambitions We’ve already achieved a lot, and we have exciting ambitions to make an even greater impact for heart babies born in the UK. From large-scale sonographer training programmes; to new parent support and information projects; to powerful lobbying campaigns for improved standards – we’re doing even more to help.
