At Proactive NLP Ltd we offer perhaps the widest range of NLP based services. Whatever your context we have solutions that will deliver the outcome you're seeking. Our core offering is traditional accredited NLP training at Diploma, Practitioner & Master Practitioner levels.  This series of personal development really is the most intensive journey you can take and the most rewarding.  You will give yourself the maximum choice of the life you want to lead. All our services incorporate NLP at their core, hence, learning NLP is central to you achieving exactly what you want to achieve. For individuals struggling to identify the future they want because they are shackled with Anxiety and Stress or Depression we have a service that lets you take those shackles and chains off.  Our 'A Life Without Anxiety' site is where we assist individuals re-train their minds to shaoe the life they want to lead.  We have conducted an extensive review of lots of 'Anxiety Journals' and "Anxiety Cure' books...lets just say they re-inforce anxiety in the reader!  Our approach is totally different, we will guide you to create the life you want...free from an anxiety.  We will be publishing our own Journal and accompanying Book. For businesses and organisations we have two distinct offerings.  Firstly, our Business NLP offering takes our traditional NLP training and reframes this as a development programme focused on developing Collaborative Leadership and Collaborative Cultures.  Having worked on most of the major infrastructure projects delivered within the UK over the last 12 years we have encountered multiple scenarios where 'collaborative working' was a stated aim of the project.  However, virtually zero collaboration actually took place.  What we encounter mostly is the traditional and acrimonious 'client / contractor' game playing.  This simply derails and extends the life of projects.  This is the opposite of the stated aim of the project.  We believe if organisations can master the dynamics of collaboration they can achieve everything they want.  Our Business NLP programmes are Diploma - The Fundamentals of Collaborative Behaviour; Practitioner - Developing Collaborative Relationships and Master Practitioner - Leading & Developing Collaborative Cultures. For organisations dealing with low performance, conflict or struggling to deliver against their objectives our specialist Workshop Facilitation business is the answer.  Here we conduct a diagnostic process to uncover the patterns and dynamics getting in the way performance improving.  We then deliver specialised facilitation of workshops and meetings to create a new level of engagement within teams.  Our main assignments for this tend to be teams and groups struggling because of 'conflict' and a lack of 'accountability'.  We have successfully delivered programmes that have resolved these issues and have seen teams we have worked with go on and achieve the level of performance they had initially struggled with. Whatever it is you're looking for in terms of personal or organisational development we have the solutions that will deliver what you're seeking to achieve.  All you ahve to do is get in touch.

Wells Park School

wells park school

Essex

Welcome Wells Park School is a LA funded residential primary school which caters for pupils between 5 and 11 years old, who have an educational statement for social, emotional and mental health difficulties. The children board at Wells Park School from Monday to Friday during term time and are referred to the school by Essex County Council. The site is based in a semi-rural area of Essex, close to the London Borough of Redbridge. Educational The education team at Wells Park School strive to help children who have disengaged from school and learning, to develop strategies to manage their behaviour in a classroom. With small classes of up to ten pupils and a minimum of one teacher and one Higher Level Teaching Assistant in each classroom, the staff at Wells Park are able to introduce and maintain clear classroom boundaries for the pupils. Through providing ability, rather than age, appropriate learning tasks, children at Wells Park can experience success in learning and begin to engage and enjoy learning in school. Residential The pupils arrive at school on a Monday morning and leave on Friday, spending four evenings and nights at the school. Residentially, the children are grouped according to their social needs into four ‘houses’ of up to ten children and three care officers. The ‘houses’ have a family feel to them and mirror the interests and personalities of the children living there. As well as sharing breakfast and dinner with their ‘house’ the children are encouraged to develop their self-help skills and to take on responsibilities appropriate to their age and abilities. The children’s life experiences and social skills are greatly enhanced through the variety of activities provided throughout the week. The aim is to support families and carers to enjoy positive experiences and relationships both with their child and the school. Tokens There is a whole school Token Economy system which allows children to earn tokens every ten minutes in school and fifteen minutes residentially, for times when they are making positive choices with their behaviour, such as listening to the adults, being in the right space with their group and getting on with the set task. Our pupils are very motivated to earn tokens as they can exchange their token slips for evening activities throughout the week and saver trips at the end of each year.

Woolwich Polytechnic School

London

Welcome to Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys, and thank you for taking the time to express your interest in us. We are a very special school that aims to serve the community, improve opportunity for our community and also reflect our community through our diverse and ambitious curriculum, as well as through our diverse staff and student bodies. We hope that you, too, feel that specialness when you visit us, a specialness that encompasses care and compassion, a genuine delight in children’s contributions and a drive towards “success for everyone”. We have a long and proud history, having educated boys for over 100 years: we have been a technical school, reported as the most improved boy’s school in the country, a community school and now an academy, a single school and now the founding ‘brother’ to our sister school, Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls. We have year-on-year exam results at GCSE and A Level that make us, our students and their families rightly proud. Yet our relentless focus is upon the futures of our current students as we counsel them through their educational careers to be the most successful version of themselves. To support your son through their secondary education, we have firm foundations in exemplary pastoral care and expert teaching. Safeguarding our students is the absolute priority that informs the behaviours we demonstrate in the staff and student bodies. Our pastoral care and personal development programme are child-centred, empathetic to individual children’s needs, recognising their challenges and assisting with overcoming them. We care; we listen; we understand context and we actively build meaningful relationships with every child. Our teaching is equally child-centred, offering support and challenge as required to ensure that all our students achieve the grades they need to pursue the courses and careers they aspire to with confidence. Our curriculum is designed so that students can make interconnections between the various subject disciplines, hence stimulating a culture of curiosity and questioning so that all our boys leave us as well-rounded, caring members of the community, ready to navigate the adult world safely, critically and knowledgeably. We also recognise that child development is enhanced through pleasure and we therefore cater for their personal interests with an extensive enrichment programme, including wellbeing days, our Activities Week, curriculum and reward trips and a variety of clubs. There are always opportunities for your son to have their voice heard, whether through the Student Council or more informal feedback to tutors, teachers and head of year or our dedicated student voice co-ordinator. I am confident that you will have made the right choice for your son by privileging us with his care, education and personal development so welcome to the Poly family.
