Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that helps you to tune inwards into your thoughts, emotions, and somatic sensations. I ventured on the road to self-awareness and spiritual awakening at the young age of 18, sparked by a telepathic dreaming experience. This pivotal moment in 1994 led me to question my sole purpose in life and on to the transformative path of self-healing. This was my initiation into the practice of Reiki-Ho, that led me to take Reiki Shoden – Reiki Level I. Reiki has helped me overcome personal life challenges such as eating disorders, anxiety, a lack of energy and depression. This spiritual practice has been the pillar of my emotional well-being, opening the gate into self-discovery, personal growth and reaching a sense of empowerment, thus guiding me to awaken my inner healer. During my travels across India in 2017, I explored the healing power of crystals, yoga and meditation. I have adopted these modalities as pillars to complement my Reiki practice, bringing a holistic approach to my overall well-being.

Love Light Healing was founded in 2015, by Rebecca Slaven, Reiki Master and 500hr Advanced Yoga Teacher; with specialized training in Yin Yoga and meditation. Love Light Healing offers Intuitive Reiki Healing in person and remotely. Each session has its own space to work through. There may be conversation, quiet healing, or a combination of both. It is a place where one can deepen their inner-self knowledge and resolve deep seated or sacred messages. Rebecca has always believed that healing abilities are within each and every person. We all have an intuitive guiding system that provides unconditional guidance and love. We all come here to be and know great love. My name is Sally, and I discovered energy healing when I was seeking solace for my own struggles with poor mental health. I came to a point on my path where I felt that if I did not heal, I may not survive here on Earth. So, I sought healing through yoga, meditation and lifestyle changes, which led me to energy healing, sound healing, light language, plant medicine, nature and community. What I didn’t anticipate, was that I would be strongly called to train and offer healing for others. I answered the call. I believe that my many dances with darkness and my own healing journey have provided me with the experience and initiations required to work with energy, support others, listen to, and truly emphasise with the tremendous pain that one can feel when navigating dark or unsettling periods of life. I am still healing, evolving and learning, but these practices have truly transformed my life, so I feel incredibly honoured to share them with you. Energy healing can support us on our path in a myriad of ways. If you’re feeling lost, stuck, at a cross-roads, or struggling with poor self-image, self-worth, indecision, or illness, energy healing can help us to find balance, clarity and encourage our body’s natural ability to heal. It can also offer us so much more. Embarking on a healing journey can help us to reconnect with our soul purpose, our reason for being here on earth at this time. It can support us in recovering our gifts and passions, and help us to find our inner fire so that we can share them with others, or step more fully into who we truly are.
