Atlantic Reach is a holiday resort and leisure club, close by to Newquay in an open countryside setting. Set in around 45 acres, the resort has 230 holiday homes, 115 serviced camping pitches and facilities for guests including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, large fully equipped gym, three fitness studio’s with a huge fitness class schedule to choose from each week, cafe / bar, the Manor Arms pub and restaurant, outdoor play areas, arcade, adventure trail, tennis courts and lots of green space. We work hard to ensure all of our visits have a great time, and welcome all feedback. As well as guests staying with us, the Resort is open to those living locally with a membership or locals card. Where possible we like to buy local, conserve energy, protect the environment and reduce our use of plastics. Please help us with this – there are recycling points dotted around the site and new ideas are welcomed. The safety and security of everyone on site is important to us. We run a comprehensive health and safety management system, and whilst we try to ensure this doesn’t get in your way or stop you having fun, we ask that everyone follows the guidance of any rules or signage that may be dotted around the site.

"the Gloucestershire dialect seemed like a foreign language" WORKSHOPS - COURSES - MENTORING Dialect is an inclusive literary development platform for rural writers. Our home is in Gloucestershire but we reach rural writers all over the UK and beyond. Dialect is here to develop talent, connect with communities and offer rural writers opportunities to share their work. Our Story Dialect launched quietly in July 2020 with an online Summer School of taster workshops. A programme of workshops around Stroud Book Festival followed, along with regular critique workshops, courses, a Writer In Residence scheme in partnership with Lake 32 and an Arts Council funded mentoring scheme. We are now offering regular courses focused on the craft of writing and immersive writing workshops in intriguing rural locations. Dialect is now a Community Interest Company, committed to investing in literature and author development. We will soon be launching DIRT, a plantable ecopoetry press… Ethos Dialect speaks from the edges of things. We celebrate the remote and the pastoral, the mountains and hills, the woods and the wilderness, the coasts and waterways, but also the small town and its suburbs, the retail parks, verges, dual carriageways, wastelands, lay-bys, scrapyards, agricultural spaces, derelict mills, industrial estates, motorway services, recycling centres, the spaces and voices in-between.

West Central London Fixers bring together volunteer repairers and the community to fix their electronics for free. The idea is to nurture repair culture in the community, rather than throwing away electronics – indeed e-waste has become a huge environmental problem. The events are open to volunteer learner repairers so are educational as well. WCL Fixers currently organise monthly free repair events at the Dalgarno Trust and the Space in North Kensington as well as at the Livat shopping centre in Hammersmith. The idea however is to have three branches: WCL Fixers – North Kensington WCL Fixers – Hammersmith WCL Fixers - Westminster - from April 2023 We are supported by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the London Borough of Hammersmith Fulham. We work in partnership with the Restart Project. West Central London Fixers also engages in the private repair and recycling of laptops. We offer support and encouragement in living, social and practical skills to enable people with learning and physical disabilities to enjoy independent lifestyles. Who We Are Enable (Sheffield) is a charity based training organisation for people with disabilities. Our aim is to offer a quality care and training opportunities to meet their individual needs. Our training areas deliver themed subjects and topics relevant to suit our learner’s abilities and skills. First opening for business in 1994, with the intention to make a difference to the lives of people with disabilities in Sheffield. From the offset we have always involved our learners in the decision making process, and this is, we believe, the key to our success. Enable (Sheffield) has grown to become a well established and renown training provider for disabled adults in Sheffield, but began life in very humble beginnings. Founder Alan Finchett rented a room in a local school, for disabled adults from the area to use, initially repairing and recycling toys and bikes but gradually more activities were added to the schedules. Within a year, with more learners attending, space was getting tight so it was soon time to move to bigger premises. Skip along 8 years and demand was so great for places that work started on our purpose built building. Exactly 10 years after starting, Enable was ready to move into their new home. The centre has been designed specifically to meet the demands of disabled people, offering a bright, spacious learning place for all.

One of the main focuses School of Coding has is the sustainability of the planet. Sustainability is fundamental to the survival of our planet as well as ourselves. It is important as polluted land, air and water will severely affect our quality of life and the ability of larger societies and the local communities to thrive. School of Coding protects the environment as we have been actively focusing on reducing our plastic usage including the use of single-use plastic, recycling and using less energy in the office in efforts to integrate sustainability considerations into all our business decisions. Heritage is a person’s uniqueness and inherited sense of identity: the values, traditions, culture and artefacts handed down from previous generations. We recognise the importance of heritage as it gives an individual a sense of singular and communal identity. School of Coding focuses on running projects around BAME communities to ensure that they have an equal chance of finding work opportunities as we believe it’s crucial that everyone is seen for their talent regardless of their background, socioeconomics status and beliefs. Digitalization has allowed School of Coding to improve the quality of their education through techniques such as online classes. School of Coding provides education using digitalization to give their students transferable skills which will provide them with equal opportunities as to be successful in the workplace of the future, people will need to have the right digital education. This will give those who are unemployed the chance to learn new skills and be able to be at the same levels as those around them.
