Tapestry weaving is a traditional hand craft conducted on a wooden frame and
used to create pictures, wall hangings, bags and cushion covers. Your sampler is
made by weaving the yarn in and out. You will learn lots of weaving tips and
techniques when you enrol in your course. The ‘Love Your Loom’ One Day course,
will teach you a variety of tapestry weaving techniques on a frame loom in
either the traditional or contemporary style. You choose! At the end of the day
you will have completed your unique woven wall hanging to take home. All
equipment, yarn and frames will be supplied. The classes are limited to 5
students so there is plenty of time for individual tutor time.
