Anna is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with experience of working in the NHS and private practice for over 5 years. Anna has specialist training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and specialises in trauma-focused and trauma-informed therapy. She practices using an integrative approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic skills and concepts to be able to be responsive to the needs of her clients. Anna is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC - check the register HERE) and EMDR UK. She is also a member of the BPS Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS), having completed additional training in clinical supervision. After completing his studies in Psychology at Nottingham Trent University, he moved to London to work as an Assistant Psychologist. He then trained in Therapeutic Play at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education, and trained in the Solihull Approach for working with families. After 18 months in his AP role, he went on to work in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) as a practitioner delivering a range of individual and group therapeutic work. Outside of his NHS role, he is a podcaster, fitness enthusiast and Tavistock and Portman university student in the preclinical stages of his journey into becoming a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist.
