She has advised corporate, non-profit and government clients across four continents in over a dozen countries in areas such as growth strategy, learning and development, impact evaluation, organisation design, and advocacy. Ginu believes that the most effective solutions to both business and social challenges are developed when people with diverse perspectives, skills and experience start collaborating. She has worked on a range of innovative cross-sector projects globally. Ginu has a B.Comm from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and holds an MBA from the University of Oxford. She loves classical music and studied opera singing for over 12 years. She has also recently taken up hip hop dance.

Our Patron The Lady Dannatt MBE HM Lord‑Lieutenant of Norfolk Philippa Dannatt was born into an old Norfolk family. She remains a partner in her family farm. Whilst serving as a military wife she trained as a professional counsellor, formerly volunteering at the Sue Lambert Trust in Norwich to help survivors of abuse. Lady Dannatt has served as High Sheriff, taking mental health as her theme. She is a Lay Canon of Norwich Cathedral, Vice President of SSAFA and a former Deputy Chair of its Adoption Panel. She is also President of The Army Widows' Association, President of The Norfolk Club and active Patron of numerous county-based organisations, particularly those involved with mental health.

The JSCCC was founded with a purpose to support cricket sports initiatives and events, while giving opportunities to talented OLD boys of Jaffna Hindu College to participate in professional level competitions in the country. The Cricket sport is becoming very popular around the world and in Canada. JSCCC is a not-for-profit organization, which shares the same focus to create access for talented athletes to come together to play the game of Cricket. While also developing individual and team skills to perform at the intermediate level, with the hopes of transitioning players to the Cricket Canada Team. Network of Eritrean Women-UK (NEW-UK) is the only specialist organization in the UK supporting the needs of Eritrean women. NEW-UK is a women's non-profit organization set up to support Eritrean women. Our aim is to facilitate the tools for Eritrean women to assert their human rights and pursue personal empowerment, development and social change. We are a holistic organization and provide cultural and linguistic specialist advice, information, advocacy, workshops and wellbeing drop targeted to support Eritrean women. NEW-UK launched in 2014 following the critical need for a UK-wide support network to mobilize information and resources for Eritrean women, many of whom have fled the brutal dictatorship in Eritrea and forced conscription. We support many Eritrean refugee and asylum-seeking women who have endured a significant amount of trauma and many of whom are suffering in silence.
