The School is a non-profit making organisation with over 100 pupils and employs over 20 members of staff. The management team includes talented individuals from the community who sacrifice their time for the betterment of our future generations, community and purely for the sake of Allaah (awj). We teach three core subjects; Qur’an, Islamic Studies and Qur’anic Arabic for 6 to 16+ year olds. We also have an Arabic wing dedicated to Arabic speaking children. We strive to attain the highest possible standards within the school. Staff work together with the pupils to ensure we achieve and maintain our goals. Our main purpose is to please Allaah ﷻ and provide a high standard of Islamic educational to our students. ILC aims to offer a happy and vibrant Islamic environment for learning and helping to ignite the light of knowledge in the hearts of all students. This is achieved through dedication and teamwork. It is built on a foundation to please Allaah (awj) following His beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) . We expect all teachers to interact and teach our students by following the way that our Prophet did and to adhere to our key values. Our beloved Prophet taught, dealt and interacted with children in such a way that many of them grew up to be outstanding companions and model Muslims. He taught us that in order to nurture Imaan in our children; we must first build the foundation blocks.

The Enterprise Support Alliance is a not for profit business. This means that any money earned by the business has to be reinvested in our work. The Enterprise Support Alliance is an Enterprise Agency, a member of the National Enterprise Network and has Academy Status from the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs (IOEE). Our roots are in the East of England and we are keen to continue to build on the extensive and excellent relationships we have in place. The Alliance is led by Pat Smith who has a long term track record of leadership across the East of England. Pat is supported by 3 fellow shareholding Directors and our team of specialist colleagues. Pat is best known for his work as Chief Executive of Business Link East. Pat has led organisations providing services in every Local Authority area, and to over 100,000 people a year across the East of England, on issues such as business support, international trade, inward investment and skills development. Our activities include: Delivery of business support activities to fulfil our ambition Building a collaborative network of like-minded people and organisations who want to get involved in delivery of projects. Bidding, often in partnership with other organisations, for publicly funded tenders to deliver business and enterprise related services. Organising conferences, seminars, and workshops on a range of topics related to stimulating enterprise in all its forms, and to identify and find ways to overcome the issues preventing the growth of established businesses. Lads Like Us are a Manchester based non-profit organisation. Our journey started with a mission dedicated to informing the practice of professionals and organisations that had failed us as children and adults. We had to make something positive out of our lived experience, chaos and anger, in order to thrive. Shouting and screaming about failures and trying to hold people to account made us mentally ill. We needed to adopt a new approach that would help " Us and them " that was our first problem. In order to break barriers between " Us and Them " we needed to work out a way to weaponise the empathy of professionals to allow them to see that the majority of the behaviours displayed by service users/clients/citizens/people are a direct result of some kind of trauma experienced throughout their lives. These people we refer to are lads like us, from similar estates we grew up on, that are repeatedly presenting at mental health units, substance misuse services, prison and probation. The answer to our problem was to create a trauma informed training package focusing on professional curiosity that would inform practice, using little Mike and little Danny's experiences combined with the healing journeys of both not forgetting the input from the services that supported us. " The Million Pieces Experience " an NHS safeguarding award winning Trauma Informed package that has proven to inform the practice of professionals was created. We then partnered with Barnardos to create Million Pieces Trauma master classes. Lads like us deliver bespoke packages across the country and are now recognised UK wide as a leading Lived experience resource for organisational staff development for those who work with people who have experienced trauma. Complete Lean Solutions was established in 2004 by Richard Pounder and Andy Kelsall. Between them they had over 22 years experience of working for Toyota in the UK and Europe. Initially offering straightforward Lean specialist services in Australia, it quickly became apparent that there was a market for structured Lean training. CLS-developed training programs have been created around real business need as opposed to simply ‘ticking the right boxes’ to obtain certification. With more diverse clients came the need for more diverse approaches. From banking through to telcos, pharma, food and healthcare, each project offers fresh challenges. The one thing that remains the same, however, is the Lean mindset. From some of the largest companies in the world through to business with only six employees, our approach is always the same: engage the people, listen to what they have to say and coach them through to success. In 2008, CLS commenced operations in the UK, quickly becoming established as a respected and successful Lean consultancy within manufacturing operations in the Midlands. UK online centres Tinder Foundation manages the national network of UK online centres, which exist in 5,000 communities throughout the UK, supporting people to improve their computer and internet skills and to become confident internet users. UK online centres are key to combating digital exclusion, and the grassroots support they provide has a huge impact on both individuals and communities. Community How To Tinder Foundation created, and now manages, the Community How To website. The website was designed to help community organisations find the digital tools that can help them do more, more easily, and the website relies on user recommendations from the community to help people find the tools that they need. FIX Trading Community was previously known as FIX Protocol Ltd (and this remains its full legal entity name). In August 2017, the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead became a co-owner of AfC, and we now deliver children’s services across all three boroughs. Our services in Kingston are judged ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted, following their inspection in October 2019. Our services in Windsor and Maidenhead are rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted following an inspection in January 2020.
