That is the beauty of yoga. Meet yourself on the mat, learn about you and your body and take what you need I suffer from Fibromyalgia and PCOS and the extra symptoms that come with them, fatigue, anxiety and phantom aches and pains. Yoga gives me what I need, some days if I have energy I will do a faster paced sweaty practice but sometimes its slow gentle movement or no movement at all, maybe doing yin or meditation. I believe yoga can be for everyone you just need to find the right Yoga class and the right Yoga teacher

I am a well known figure in anti-bullying in Scotland and across the UK having been the strategic lead for Scotland for 10 years as Director fo respectme, from 2007 till 2017. I have a considerable amount of expertise in both Anti-Bullying and in helping adults develop and implement approaches to challenging and distressing behaviour. My background in residential child care underpins my approach to relationships and behaviour.

Me, Myself in Mind provides workshops, one-to-one therapy and group facilitation for business or individuals, specifically for the hospitality industry. Our mission is built around educating others on stress reduction techniques, mental health awareness and the importance of learning coping skills, emotional resilience and self awareness. Created by London based chef, Merly Kammerling in 2018. Merly is a qualified integrative therapist, stress reduction coach and mental health in the workplace instructor. Merly has worked for restaurants such as Temper, Caravan, The Modern Pantry, Sambal Shiok and The Food Initiative. In former years she worked front of house as a Maître D’, waitress, barista and bartender. Me, Myself in Mind has provided workshops and therapy sessions for establishments such as Soho House, The Hoxton Group, Brown Forman, Edrington-Beam Suntory, Callooh Callay, William Grant & Sons, London Cocktail Week and restaurant such as St John, Marcus Waring Group and Granger & Co.

Inova has been running since 2001 and provides consultancy services, training and coaching programmes in the areas of entrepreneurship, employability, career development and wellbeing, with a focus on diversity and equal opportunities. We work with a wide target group for which we provide a variety of training and support programmes. Much of our work focuses on supporting those who are under-represented or who face challenges to fulfil their potential, and many of these are co-funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme. Our funded programmes have helped many of those who are most vulnerable, including migrants, NEET young people, older people and women who have been victims of violence, trafficking, homelessness or abuse, to name a few. We have worked extensively with entrepreneurs, artists and women in non-traditional fields such as Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths (STEM). Our director, Marina Larios, is president of WiTEC, the European Association of Women in SET. Our programmes use coaching and mentoring to support individuals to develop their ‘soft skills’, build confidence and self-efficacy and reflect on and achieve their goals. Our in-house trainers have over 50 years of experience between them and can provide one to one coaching, workshops and Enterprise/Career/Mentoring and Mindfulness Circles™. Our Circles are a series of products developed by Inova which combine mentoring, coaching and action learning to support individuals to reflect on and develop either a new or existing business, change or progress in their career or consider their personal life goals.
