Hi, I am Sarah Sonraya Grace. My family and close friends call me Sarah, whilst for my work people know me as Sonraya. I love all things bright and beautiful. I love Nature in all its glory. The Earth is a very grounding and inspiring force in my life and I love to celebrate the changing cycles and draw on the Earth’s wisdom for my own healing and other people’s healing. I am a Cosmic surfer too, loving all things mystical and magical. Being a Piscean I love water and I am blessed to say I live with my family, by the expansive Ocean and the rich abundant wildlife down on the Dorset coastline in Poole. Since a child I have always been in awe and wonder of Nature and creation itself, enjoying the myriad of animals and birds coming in and out of our garden and my special apple tree that always gave me great comfort when the world felt too big to handle.

Go Velo is run by Kirsti Grayson, qualified National Standards Instructor Trainer (NSIT), British Cycling Ride Leader and British Cycling Route Planner. Kirsti has also worked for British Cycling as Bikeability Tutor, training future instructors. Kirsti is a member of the Bikeability External Assurance Panel and is a recreational cyclist. Go Velo has an excellent team of instructors and tutors offering a friendly and fun approach to cycle instruction and instructor training. The team of instructors, tutors, coaches, mechanics and leaders have been carefully chosen for their love of cycling, they are qualified to a high standard, receive regular CPD and are specialists in their chosen field.

IDL was devised in the mid 1980s by educators working with the Starcross Educational Research Association. In 2012 a programme was funded by the Big Lottery called Lifting Barriers. This allowed IDL to be developed for use within a school environment in conjunction with SENCO leaders. Over a three year period IDL was placed in to 120 primary and secondary schools across the North West. IDL was required to show an increase in reading and spelling ages along with an increase in confidence and self-esteem for those pupils with dyslexia or dyslexic type difficulties. The results showed an average increase in reading and spelling ages of 11 months after only 26 hours use. Since its development for use in schools, IDL has gone from strength to strength with schools nationwide and overseas using IDL and demonstrating real improvements for pupils with challenging literacy needs.
